The staff is awesome. They answered questions with enthusiasm.
Stay was great as always, work was being done on the fishing pier, so fishing was not as available as usual. The property and accommodations are great, the only complaint I would have if any is the fact that the last 2 times we have been there, something was being done to the pier, that was during the week of Thanksgiving and the other was this Spring Break, maybe we should do work on the pier during non-vacation times???
This was a great place to have a weekend getaway. The fishing pier was so much fun. The one takeaway was the listing was not accurate on the pet fee. I indicated that I would bring pets through the app, and i paid the fee, but when I went to check in, the front desk asked me for more money for the pet fee.
Check in was easy as soon as we arrived. Room was very clean Amenities were very easy to get to. If there were any issues Maintenance was there right away.
The staff was warm and worked hard to provide for our needs during our stay.
Great! Great. Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly!
It was clean, but floods. Very disappointed
It was cute, cozy, and CLEAN. Everyone was friendly and our room, the pool, and the pier were super clean!!
Always enjoy my stay at Laguna Reef. The staff at the front desk was very friendly a d easy to deal with.
