Golf cart, newly renovated villa, pet friendly!

Marek was a super responsive and accommodating host. We had to make a last-minute change and the dates of our stay and he accommodated. We arrived early and asked if we could check in before 4 PM and he accommodated. We asked if he could refund the pet fee we paid since we ended up not bringing our dog and he accommodated. Thank you, Marek for being so accommodating!

All was good. We found dog poo(from the previous renter)behind the couch closest to the kitchen. Kitchen was good, plenty of utensils, dishes, glasses, etc...

We had an amazing stay! The host was excellent with communication and always quick to respond, which made everything so easy. One memorable moment was when we accidentally returned from the beach in someone else’s golf cart—he was incredibly kind and understanding about it. The villa was perfect for our family, friends, and two dogs, and we all had such a great time. The location was very convenient, with breakfast cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, an outlet mall, souvenir shops, and of course the beach all close by. It was especially nice being able to drive the golf cart around to most of those places during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend renting from this host to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming getaway. My family and I can’t wait to book with him again!

The Villa was as expected & host is very responsive. We enjoyed our vacation and stay in the villa. The golf cart worked great and was convenient for morning drives for coffee and sunrise. Highly recommend.

Very convenient. Condo is worn. Has seen better days. Couldn’t get ice maker to work. Stairs can be tripping hazard. Last night of stay, golf cart would not charge.

We absolutely loved our stay in SanDestin at the Beachwalk Villas. This unit was exactly what we needed. Our dog loved the view of the water. We went for walks often to the beach. The pool was right around the corner. The house was quiet and cozy and we enjoyed watching movies at night. It was exactly what we needed for a peaceful stay away.

Perfect Location!

Very townhouse, close to everything but still quiet.

Our family of three really enjoyed our long weekend at this patio home. We loved the location right near a lake, under gorgeous oaks, and near great shopping and dining. While the structure is older, the owner has done a lot to make it very comfortable and livable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The furniture was cozy. The bedding was very comfortable. The TV easily connected with all streaming services. We really appreciated the complimentary kit with sample size cleaning products and amenities. While there, our dog caused a small issue, and once we reported it to the owner, he was very responsive and understanding. We really enjoyed this house!

Place was clean & comfortable. Golf cart issue was fixed as fast as possible. Great communication & super easy check in process.

The condo and surrounding Sandestin resort was great.

Review of Townhouse Stay in Sandestin via Vrbo We recently stayed at a townhouse in Sandestin and had a pleasant experience overall. The property was spacious and clean, with a comfortable layout that worked well for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and while the living area was a good size, the couches weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. Both bedrooms were generously sized, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights. The outdoor patio was a nice spot to relax, with a peaceful view of the pond, and having a grill was a convenient bonus for outdoor meals. The location was definitely one of the highlights—close to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Despite the tropical storm cutting into our beach and pool time, we still had a great stay and would consider returning in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sandestin. Loved having access to the golf cart. The condo was exactly as expected. Very good location.

I booked 3 villas for my family vacation and it was Wonderful!!! Sandestin community was clean and super friendly. The house was gorgeous and we had 4 days of family and relaxation. I will definitely book again.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and just like the pictures. The location was great and very close to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient for getting to the pool, the beach, and shops and restaurants in the Sandestin resort. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!
