Golden Condo - Patio w/ MTN Views, Walk to DT Golden + School of Mines

Condo was very nice, loved the balcony with the fire table. Great location near Mines and downtown Golden. One word of warning - bring / buy toilet paper as only 2 rolls supplied for 3 night stay.

It was great, some noise from the mechanicals on the roof but this was a minor issue.

Condo was amazing and Stefan was very responsive with the one thing we needed, which was simply to replace the propane tank in the outdoor fire pit so we could keep enjoying the wonderful patio. The bed is so comfortable and we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay and perfect location for enjoying Golden and surrounding areas! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Patio and fire pit were lovely in the evenings, and we loved walking downtown each morning to get coffee at the Windy Saddle and walk by the creek. Natural Grocers is just across the street. Owners provided tons of local recommendations and were responsive when we had a question. Grateful for our time there!

Spent a few days celebrating my mom’s 80th and this location was perfection for the weekend away we wanted to spend. Perfect location, great views and comfortable everything. Highly recommend for a time spent exploring Golden and all the area has to offer.

Location was great. 5 minutes to the pickup for red rock concert. Great restaurants near. Loved sitting on patios at night. Lovely place

We came here for a couple of concerts at Red Rocks and it was perfect. It’s a modern and clean place and we really enjoyed the patio. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown or a really short drive. The recommendations from the owners binder were spot on, great food everywhere too. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and modern! We were conveniently located near downtown Golden and walked there multiple times for meals and drinks. Also a good driving distance to fun activities like Red Rocks.Working with Stefan was great. He was very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Was very cozy had everything we needed. Close to everything and very convenient drive to Denver and boulder

Stay was great, very clean and cozy!! Views were spectacular!! Was unable to use fire feature because it was covered with snow. Definitely should have left a shovel to use. Toilet was wobbly, but def not a deal breaker. Overall great place to stay and highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend while we visited our son at Colorado School of Mines. The bed was very comfortable and the space was well laid out. It had everything we needed for a great stay, including good tips on local hikes and nearby restaurants. Bonfire Burritos is a short walk for a tasty breakfast and The Natural Grocer is right across the street. We will be back!

Perfect for weekend stay

Great location! Roomy studio with amazing views! Would definitely stay again!

Spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and comfortable for staying inside when the weather wasn't cooperative for enjoying the great CO outdoors. It had everything we needed and then some. The reserved parking spot was even shaded. Note for light sleepers — it is a studio, so you’ll hear the fridge and see the equipment lights.

The property was very clean and up to date. The location was perfect for our stay. In walking distance from shops and restaurants.

The studio is picture perfect! Excellent bed!!! Unbelievable outside space very very private!.. we enjoyed the balcony..great views and dark skies… As nice as you could ask for!!we will stay again!

Loved the balcony with a view of the mountains! Large bathroom with great walk in shower and walk in closet as well as a full service kitchen with a Kuerig coffeemaker. Only complaint was that the bed could have used a firmer more comfortable mattress. Reasonably priced.
