This place was absolutely beautiful. I love how it was decorated. It was very comfortable too for our family of three and sometimes four along with our dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The backyard was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely be back!

Number and arrangement of beds was great. Extra seating and Tv on main floor was great too. Good neighborhood, we went for walks. Close enough to Broadway. Nice to have coffee and shampoo and soaps there as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.The house was clean comfortable and vry well stock.The location was great a short drive to Downtown Nashville. It would have been nice to have a lamp by the bedside in the room (Bedroom 2) it has a small sidetable so a lamp would fit,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Its location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown Nashville and perfectly situated for all the events we attended, plus convenient for visiting friends in other parts of the area. It was a peaceful, reliable home base during our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

House was nice on first impression, but then we noticed problems. 1st could only use one shower for 5 days. 2nd had only make up cloths to use for wash cloths. 3rd has wood rot in the bathroom the shower wasnt working (possibly mold/mildew). 4th if you have older people with you they would have to sit in a different room because the sofa is so low to the ground it would be hard to get up. 5th ice maker didnt work, had to buy ice and out in the freezer. 6th the grass wasnt cut upon arrival, and never got got while we was there, so you utilize anything in the backyard. We are on a traveling softball team so we probably book 10-15 properties a summer, by far this was the worst so far. At no point was a partial reimbursement mentioned all the managers had to say was sorry.

Our group enjoyed this home. It was just 2 miles from downtown Nashville. It was easy to get to and from the city. The location felt safe.

Spent a long weekend at this home Celebrating my daughter’s 21st Birthday with friends and family. There were 8 ladies and the space was perfect! We had plenty of room for our beauty sleep and getting glammed up for the town. The location was perfect for getting to all the places in downtown. We had groceries delivered after our arrival for convenience. We ate at the house for most of our meals to save money and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The Cowboy pool was a nice plus for cooling off from the hot summer days.Some of the communication through the VRBO app seemed AI generated as we couldn’t find the projector screen and never received a clear answer. No big deal but worth mentioning.I’d stay here again!

I chose this property for a 5 day stay with three of my golf girlfriends and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm very familiar with the neighborhood and really wanted to find something in this area. The location simply can't be beat! It's minutes from everything I wanted to share with my friends. We had access to a car but really only used it to drive to Sparta for a kayak adventure to Burgess falls. Aside from that, it was a quick Uber ride to all of Nashville's best neighborhoods and downtown attractions. There are numerous places to dine or grab a coffee if you enjoy a pleasant walk as well.Literally everything about the house was wonderful! It's spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could ask for. The house was spotless when we arrived, the beds are more comfortable than even upscale hotels I've stayed in. As described, it offered a luxurious stay. I told my friends I would consider buying this house if I was in the market and it was for sale!Communication with Grand Welcome was seamless. The staff there is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions brfore or during your trip. And by quick, I mean you can expect nearly instantaneous response. I will absolutely stay here again! In fact, I would schedule my next stay based on the availability of this property! Truly a new home away from home! If you're looking for the best, look no further!

The house was very nice. Quick and easy Uber ride to downtown area. We had a very nice trip.

I dont know where they found Ms. FELICIA the customer service rep they have, but she is top notch and the only reason i gave a high review! She is responsive and very good at her job! The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of room! We were not able to use all the ammenities that are listed and had some difficulties with the wifi, other than that it was great up to the ine next door so no biggie on that
