Unit 403 is newly remodeled and furnished. Being on the ground floor, you have easy access to the ocean view clubhouse and pool/spa. From the minute you walk through the front door you are struck with the beautiful furnishings and the bright, clean feeling condo that just made the smile on your face grow wider; you're finally in Maui!
This fully air-conditioned condo has everything you need to feel like your home away from home! The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ice maker, a breakfast nook with granite counter-tops and stools - great for the little ones. A dining table that seats six, sunken living room with brand new furniture, ceiling fans and granite throughout the condo. Walk toward the lanai and you'll notice that it is surrounded with a grassy area that's great for the kids. It also has a table that seats six and lounge chairs for relaxing. If you like to stay in while on vacation, this is the perfect choice because there is a gourmet kitchen! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a free-standing Travertine bath with a separate shower room. Large sliding glass doors give a spacious feel, with a wrap-around lanai attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom.
Being close to the clubhouse means the ocean views from there are only steps away! Ideally situated just uphill from fantastic Keawekapu Beach, you can walk the Wailea beach paths daily and absorb all of Maui's beauty. Snorkel or scuba dive off shore in the calm rolling waves that are perfect for family fun or a romantic evening. Bring drinks and dinner down to the beach and enjoy a gorgeous Maui sunset.

The Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo. There are community grills available at the Palms at Wailea!
