    The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It was a GREAT location...just a few blocks away from 2 streetcar stops and only 2 blocks from Fresh Market. The owner was very responsive whenever we contacted him.

    Comfortable - Condo is well-equipped. Everything one might expect and more (e.g., filtered water).Clean - Would pass the white glove test with flying colors.Convenient - Easy streetcar access, grocery just across the street, @ 10 min walk to restaurants/shops on Magazine St. Parking spot right next to condo, although we did not drive anywhere and visited the French Quarter, the zoo, City Park, several cemeteries, WWII museum, and more. A new adventure everyday day, then returned to a cool, comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.

    My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the condo. Neat,clean and organized and more TV channel options than any VRBO we have stayed at. Terrific location steps from streetcar and bus transportation. Walking distance from shops and restaurants also. Great communication with Brandon, our host. Very simple house rules. French Quarter about 20 minutes away by streetcar. Highly recommended.

    The location waa perfect. Loved the Garden District with beautiful houses, delicious restaurants, great shopping, and the trolly/bus to take you places. The apartment was clean, quiet safe, and had everything you would need for a vacation. .

    The area was safe and convenient. Out of the tourist area, but close to the streetcar. The property is perfect for 2 with everything you might need supplied. Very clean condo with thick fluffy towels. Communication with the owner was easy. I suggest a simple chair in the bedroom for visitors who might want to sit when dressing. and trouble free

    We wanted to stay in the upper garden district and also be close to the trolly for trips down town and locally so we didn’t have to park in the city . We used a Le Pass a unlimited pass for 3 days, it is offered through RTA for $8 . The property was very clean and nice decor complimenting the area . The kitchen was stocked with everything on would need to prepare a meal . The walk to the trolly in was 1 block to St. Charles line . There is a Fresh market 2 1/2 blocks on St. Charles and a fast food 1 1/2 block. We would stay there again if we have the opportunity . The host was easy to contact . Very nice having a laundry on the property also.
