Beautiful place and it's right at the beach and pool

I enjoyed the condo, especially being on the bottom floor. The grandkids enjoyed running in and out to get to the pool

It was a great property. Great location! Great condo! We plan to only use this property for our future trips (if it is available). I do have a few suggestions that would have made it more excellent... 1. Better instructions regarding arrival and how to find the condo once you park. It was very confusing. We called and they assisted us right away. 2. Have some board and or yard games for families. That would just be a nice touch. 3. Maybe have a few throw blankets available for when you're on the couch watching movies. 4. Have clear instructions regarding beach service. 5. Provide at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 6. Have non-stick pans in the kitchen. 7. Have food storage containers available (like tupperware). Again... This was an excellent property, and I would suggest it to everyone!

Great location. Honestly that sells this place. I do t want this to be a negative post but I REALLY wish we would have known more so I’ll let others know! This unit has zero beach chairs or anything to use at beach. I’ve never stayed at a condo that didn’t have atleast a few fold up beach chairs. So if you want to spend 57 a day for two chairs and umbrella then you have to go out and buy beach chairs which we did for our whole family. That was a big let down. You can only put tents up down the beach a ways. Not on your property you are staying. We would have had to pay 685 for four chairs and we have five people for the week. So expensive. The master bed is SO HARD. I have never slept on a harder bed before. It hurts your body. The house also does not come stocked with anything other than a couple dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. Also about half teaspoon of salt and pepper. They have no extra bedding or blankets. Just a couple extra bath towels. Other than that you need to bring…-Toilet paper (they only provided what’s on the roll when you get there) -Hand soap - salt and pepper /cooking oil/ any spices- ziplock bags of any kind- coffee filters-paper towels (they have one roll)Basically you get the condo close to beach! We vacation in Florida every year and I’ve never come across a condo lacking in so much. But I have also never stayed first floor so close to beach. It’s a toss up if I would do it again. Honestly the bed would be the deal breaker for me.

We had a great time! The location was great, easy access to pool and beach! Any issue we had was resolved quickly and easily! Will definitely be back!

Perfect location! Steps from beach and pool. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property!

Bed in master bedroom was too firm but other than that we really enjoyed this wonderful property

Condo is very nice. Easy walk out and steps away from ocean and pools. Shopping close buy with a grocery just across the main road.

Our stay was so wonderful and relaxing! It was a prime location with only steps to the beach and pool. You literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Having a private beach was so nice with less crowds and the Edgewater staff was wonderful with the umbrella and chair rentals. The condo is in a nice location where you can walk to a lot and not a lot of traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable room and perfect walk out to the beach or pool. Spacious bathrooms and perfect little kitchen. Thank you we will be back!

Our family had a great time here. The ground floor with room to play outside and close proximity to the pool and beach was a big plus with two littles. We found one cockroach the first night. Smashed it and had no others, so no big deal. Our biggest issue was not seeing anything on the original listing (before booking) that we were not allowed to bring our own beach umbrellas/tents. We had packed A LOT of shade devices for our small children that weren’t allowed at the beach. That was a big deal for us.

Perfect place to stay. Clean and roomy. Drank my coffee from the porch looking out into the Gulf of Mexico every morning. Convenient to restaurants, etc. We highly recommend!
