I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated and very nice new appliances. Clean, homey. Our only complaint is the master bedroom bed - it was so so hard and we slept really terribly on it. Our boys slept great on their beds in the other bedroom.

Staff are always attentive to our needs. Condos are clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. This is our 5-6 stay since 2018 and we love it! The Islander is the best value in Destin! The unit 114 was awesome and exceeded our needs! Thanks again!

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.
