Fully Updated & Spotless / Walk to Downtown, Coaster, Festivities

Really lovely condo very close to town. We walked in every morning for breakfast and to walk around. Loved how close everything was.

Nice condo in a great location

the bedding sets wish to be more comfortable and updated, the internet provider and/or WI-FI router must be more stable. I personally had to reset three times the router to reestablish the internet access.

Fantastic location, very well kept property.

This property was perfect for our visit. Spacious, quiet, out of dowtown, and clean. Now, if Leavenworth would just paint the lines on Highway 2 thru town and put a traffic light on Icicle Creek road... I've been coming to Leavenworth for over 55 years and it is a shame to see how the town has become overwhelmed with tourists.

Good property and cleaned. Had outdated entertainment systems, no TV remote so had to get up to change channels and adjust volume every time until I got lazy and decided to turn it off. No shampoo or body soap, for the price we paid I believe the should at least include these. So make sure you bring some.

Had a wonderful stay here! Very close to everything, warm and cozy. Perfect for our family of 5. We'd definitely stay here again!

Clean condo in good location. Was surprised there was no soap or shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Kitchen had both a coffee pot and Keurig but no coffee grounds or pods.

It was a convenient location. The furniture definitely needs an update and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The couches sunk in and smelled old, the beds and pillows were extremely hard. The place overall had a funky smell, but I think it was due to the things listed above. It was a little upsetting they don’t give the basic complementary items such as shampoo/conditioner and coffee pods. Again, nice location but the place could use some love.

Kirk was so friendly and easy going. He even allowed us to check in early. The place was clean and roomy and had everything we needed.

We had a great visit - the condo was nice and warm when we needed a break for the kid to take a nap or us just to warm up. The walk to the village wasn’t too far and we just enjoyed being there for the weekend. Thank you for opening your place to us. The host was on top of it and responded quickly. Would totally stay here again.

The condo was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We did not get information about check-in until we were already on our way, which was disappointing because the Keurig coffee pot was broken and we had packed our own coffee pods for the Keurig coffee pot. We did not pack coffee for the regular coffee maker, since we did not know about it in time. The Condo listing says that the summer theater is a three minute walk, but that is simply a box office. The theater is actually a 10 minute drive. Otherwise the condo is exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect location, especially if you are coming not just to experience Leavenworth the town, but also the surrounding natural landscape. We spent nice cool mornings eating breakfast on the deck and slept well in the quiet neighborhood.

Good stay. The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We received the code for the lock box when we needed it. It met our needs just right.

This property was great for our stay in Leavenworth. Across the street from the Alpine Coaster and walkable to the shops and restaurants downtown. It was also easy to get out of town to hiking trails in the Enchantments. The only downside was that the unit claims air conditioning. There is a unit in the living room, but not bedrooms, so it was very hot trying to sleep in mid July. If you are here in summer, I highly recommend getting tickets to the Leavenworth Summer Theater. It’s an outdoor amphitheater on the ski hill so you get to watch the sun set over the mountains while you enjoy the show!

I stayed here from July 4th to July 6th. The outside temperature was very high during my stay. There is a window AC unit in the room — it wasn’t quite powerful enough during the hottest part of the afternoon, but after 9 PM it cooled down to a comfortable temperature.The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The host sent me the check-in information one day in advance, so the check-in process was smooth.It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Leavenworth and about 15 minutes to walk to the river.

Great two days exploring Leavenworth!

The property was very clean and nice. Super close to all of the attractions in Leavenworth. Perfect winter getaway!

We had a great time overall in Leavenworth. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn't figure out how to lock back up the security box so putting the key back in was hard. Had to reach out to owner and it still took 2 of us to get it. Also, we had somebody try to come in right after we got there. They started banging on our door for a few minutes. We think they might have been at the wrong place, but it definitely scared us.

Clean quiet condo with everything you need. Close to town for easy walking.

We spent the weekend with our two adult children getting into the holiday spirit! Condo was perfect and walking distance to downtown! We had a great weekend!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this place. The rental is well equipped and the location is great. We love that the living room window looked out towards the Alpine Coaster. We were traveling with our 11 month old infant who is a crawler and explorer, other than having a move a few cords, this place was likely safer and more baby friendly than our home. Would absolutely recommend this place and we will book again if we are going to Leavenworth.

We had a great stay at Kirk’s condo! We had two couples, so 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. The place was clean, well appointed, and it had everything we needed. Kirk was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again for sure! Thank you! Mike and Tanya

Nice walking distance from downtown

We enjoyed the cozy environment.

The property was very clean which is important to me. It was great being able to walk across the street to the Adventure Park. The parking spot was convenient. Having an A/C in the living room was nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed for our hike thru the Enchantments. Perfect location to town and the trailhead, yet off the main road enough to have peace and quiet. Can walk to town or stay in as the property is fully stocked with all you need in the kitchen. Would stay again.

This was a great location for us.

We rented as two couples, old friends since high school. This was a perfect place to stay and visit with each other between Leavenworth adventures. We were able to walk to town easily, enjoyed the woodsy/island route into town for the nature and serenity. Everything was a breeze for check in and out. We even enjoyed the audible excitement of the passengers on the nearby mountain coaster. Thanks for a great stay!

The only negative was the poor parking situation in town. Everything is metered and costs $4 an hour with a maximum of 3 hours. After that you have to move to a different space, which is almost impossible to find. Our stay at the unit was great but the city needs to provide shuttles. Hopefully in the future.
