FULLY RENOVATED 2026 BEACH VIEW - Across the street from the beach.

Host checked in to make sure everything was good. Let us check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done early. Location was great. Pool was warm and good to have that in addition to the proximity to the beach. Unit could use a little updating and some fresh paint on doors and cabinets, but all in all it’s a great condo and location.

Perfect spot for easy beach access and also ocean views from the condo. Great location. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property.

This place was great! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. When we had questions there was zero wait time for a response! although a little out dated it felt like home. The view was great and access to the beach was amazing. Now when they say hair dryer I recommend you bring your own. There is also no elevator which was a little inconvenient but not to much work with the steps right outside the door. The owner even called and made sure I trip was going well. Access to the shops and everything we wanted to do was no more than 15 minutes with the traffic. I would recommend this place to everyone. You didnt hear the neighbors and could see the pool from your balcony. all and all a great place. plus the beds were super comfortable.

This property is exactly as described, neat, clean, and the location is excellent. Anything you want or need is right around the corner, the ocean views and sounds were spectacular, all the amenities you need are there, beds are very comfortable. Our trip was made pleasurable due to this property. Look forward to coming back again. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

For being thrid floor easy access to room and amazing view every morning

This property wasnt bad but it just needed some proper maintenance. We needed a place to stay for our trip and it was perfect as far as location to the beach for a reasonable price. Here are some things you may want to know before you rent. The host did not communicate very well. Sometimes I would go days without a response. You may want to call the number provided if you do not get a timely response. It is on the third floor with no elevator only stairs. The hallway bathroom has a plug hanging away from the wall, the toilet was leaking and we had to change towels out behind the toilet all week to keep the floor dry, and the vanity light had one ballast that was broken and hanging down. There were multiple spots on the laminate floor where glue was exposed and broken pieces of the flooring were exposed so becareful walking bare foot. The couch had a masive rip in it behind the cushions and the pillows were spewing feathers all over the place making them uncomfortable to sit on. With all that being said we still enjoyed our trip because we used the place with the intention of holding our stuff while we enjoyed the beach and Destin as a whole. Not a bad place just needs some repair work done.

The only issues I have are the front door locks needs attention. Bothe the dead bolt and the door locks need to be addressed. Both keys have to be wiggled in order for the locks to work. The deadbolt never worked at all with the key. One of the cook top burners was cracked so we never used it. Both minor problems which do not degrade my 5 star rating. Thanks

Very clean, nice decoration and excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The only thing I was disappointed in was the kitchen supplies. There were only 3 or 4 forks, no toaster oven and not very many measuring Cup/spoons. Also, the dishwasher would not dissolve Or the liquid detergent that was provided. We ended up having to hand wash the dishes. When we got there and checked in, there were dirty utensils in the utensil drawer. When doing laundry it was difficult at times to get the wet clothes into the dryer because the door would not stay open. Sometimes it took two of us to transfer the laundry, 1 person holding the door and the other one, transferring it out of the washer into the dryer. The washer and dryer worked great. The door just needs to be fixed to stay open.

The best part is being able to walk right across the street to the beach!! And not only that, you can press a button and the traffic stops for you!! That feature is great for the kids. Also, with the beach being right across the street, there’s no loading and unloading the car with all the kids and all the stuff. The only drawbacks are that Destin has too much traffic, and there was no toaster at the condo. There are attractions around if you can find any that aren’t too expensive. Perfect place to go to if all you care about is the beach!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s across the road from the beach access and we could see the water from our balcony and people watch. We enjoyed our stay on Crystal Beach! It wasn’t real crowded until the end of the week. We didn’t have issues so we didn’t need to contact the host. He did check in and see how things were going. The only thing I would change is the lock to a keyless entry door.

The location and proximity to the beach is great! The rest is not so great. Even if you over look that the condo is not well maintained (glue and gaps all over the floors, GFI coming out of the wall, stove top has a huge crack in a burner, oven was dirty, peeling paint and rusty ac vents) uncomfortable beds just ruin the whole trip! The beds were very uncomfortable; severe dips in the middle and the bunk bed mattresses are super thin (only good for people under 75 pounds ish). Another concern is it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We were given the wrong codes for the WiFi and pool but owner sent us the right ones once we messaged him. Even though the location was great, the bed situation will be reason enough not to stay again. I
