Freshly Renovated Beachfront First Floor Condo With Covered Deck

Wonderful condo right on the beach. Everything was exactly as described. The large covered deck is a big plus, a comfortable place to relax in the shade after spending time on the beach. Ashley was very helpful and very prompt in answering our questions.

Location, location, location! Such a great spot to enjoy the uncrowded beach with our pup. The condo size was perfect for just the two of us and our dog. Adding another couple would be quite cramped. The deck area was useful and quite comfortable. We enjoyed several meals outside. Restaurants near the main beach were an easy beach walk away. The bed was comfortable. The photos are accurate. We had a wonderful time!

This condo on a private beach was perfect for our quiet and relaxing mother-daughter getaway! The unit is beautifully decorated and stocked with all essentials, including beach towels, chairs, and a shade. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The hosts communicated quickly and thoroughly. I loved the long walks on an uncrowded beach and would definitely rent this unit again!

Coziest spot on Fernandina Beach. Loved the soothing decor, comfy beds, Jacuzzi bathtub, and the back deck fire pit. Short walk down the beach to great food and drink.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it's terrific! The furnishings are great and very comfortable. The apartment is sparkling clean and well-equipped with all the essential supplies (paper towels, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The large deck is fabulous -- a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, especially the spectacular sunrises. The host provides an excellent supply of information prior to arrival and is quick to respond to questions. We definitely will return again and highly recommend this property!

This condo is absolutely charming. Perfect location being right on the beach and close to charming downtown Fernandina. It’s so nicely decorated and the covered deck is awesome. We loved it being pet friendly as our golden had the time of his life. We will be coming back again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The walk to the beach was super close and all the beach supplies at the condo was amazing. I would definitely rent again. The owner was super helpful and gave us so,e great recommendations for places to eat. The deck was so nice to sit and drink your coffee in the morning while listening to the ocean waves.

The property was clean and updated! We were able to walk out from the porch and straight onto the beach! The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had and provided very helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities!

Absolutely the BEST experience ever!!! The unit was beautiful, the deck is everything you would want, and best stocked vacation rental I have ever had. Access to the beach was a breeze… even for someone with bad knees. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. Definitely going to make this a permanent place to stay for all future vacations! This week was exactly what I needed!

Wonderful stay! The unit had everything promised, was clean and spacious. Loved being right on the beach and the large deck was great with lots of comfy seating. They have thought of everything right down to shower gel! This was our first trip to Amelia Island and Ashley was so helpful giving us options for dinner, etc. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront unit in Fernandina Beach! The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the beach—such a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was friendly and incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated.The only minor drawbacks were that the king bed sheets had a few small rips, and there was only one mirror in the entire unit, which made getting a family of 4 ready a bit tricky at times. That said, those were very small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience.We loved our time here and will definitely be staying again!

We had an amazing Mother's Day weekend! You can't beat the location of this adorable place. The beach access is so easy and so close. We were able to sit on the large deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean each morning. Everything you need is there. The only thing we missed were more mirrors. With 4 ladies getting ready, we needed more mirrors than the one in the bathroom, but that doesn't stop me from rating this with 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely magical! This coastal condo had us falling in love with Amelia Island from the moment we arrived. The beachy vibe, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere made it the best time of our lives. Everything was perfect—we made unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was nice.The owners supplied plenty of beach gear and even two kayaks which unfortunately we did not get the chance to use.It is in a great location, right on the beach and just a few miles from Fernandina.

Beautiful spot could hear the ocean from the deck short walk to the beach. Very clean really nice and quiet. We had a great time.

We loved the place had a great time. The only thing we did not like was it is not convenient for dogs due to the fact the beach is the only place to take the dogs for potty break. It may be a little inconvenient but we drove down to beach parking area and walked the dogs their if we didn't want to get all sandy. Really enjoyed our stay just thought a note about that would have been helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed a perfect week on Amelia Island. Ashley was helpful providing her expertise on the area and a perfect place to stay. We had every amenity you would ever need and being 50 steps from the Beach & Atlantic Ocean was absolute heaven. Were coming back next year for sure-Thom & Carol

We went for the location on the beach and were not disappointed. A few short steps and you're on one of the nicest beaches around. We felt like we owned the place. Also spent a lot of time on the patio/deck which was very comfortable and private. Unit was very clean and modern. Great for a a couple or small family. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

This is a really wonderful place. The location is just gorgeous. One thing that really stands out is that all the towels, all the dinnerware, everything seems brand new and carefully selected with excellent taste. We’ve rented all over the world, and the cupboards often seem to be a mish mash of everything every renter has left behind. It was a real pleasure to be in a place that felt like a home, not just a rental. Another standout was the outdoor area with a variety of comfortable seating - couch, chairs, dining table. All pieces of comfort and quality - not just the typical plastic Adirondack chairs in the blazing sun. And one last thing - Ashley, the owner was very email attentive. When I had a problem with a window (my fault), Ashley had a handy man at the apartment within the hour. Thanks, Ashley for a lovely stay. We’ll be back.

We have stayed in many rental properties over the years, and Seagate is one of our favorites. Its open floor plan afforded spacious relaxation without wasting space. The renovated kitchen was easy to use and well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless and accommodating. The king-sized bed has inspired us to try to match its comfort in our own home! And then there was the deck/patio! Warming our toes on the sun-drenched boards on an early March morning was delightful, and the out door sofa was the perfect napping spot for a warm afternoon, the partially covered deck providing sun or shade and the ability to dodge the wind at will. Our dog spent most of her time there sunning and worrying about the bunnies in the dunes (Hah!) while squadrons of pelicans entertained us overhead. If we ever have the opportunity to go to Fernandina Beach again, we will definitely try for a stay at Seagate! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

We loved this property. Clean, updated and wonderfully appointed. The pictures are exact. The outside area was fantastic. We spent hours at the fire pit. We have already booked for next year. Ashley is wonderful to work with.

The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash.

This condo was perfect location to get away for a couple days. Super clean and fresh smell, right on the beach. Would definitely go back!

This cottage was perfect for our trip to visit with friends.

A great location and just steps to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We loved the fire pit, outdoor patio, comfy beds and outdoor toys. Our only feedback is the couch had a dog odor smell.

We have vacationed on Amelia for 20 years and finally found our Beach Home in this property. It is so cozy with convenient one story easy access, short walk to the beach and beautifully updated kitchen and bathroom. Ashley is efficiently responsive, providing replacement of the rusted out firepit within hours of reporting it! The bed was super comfortable and amenities lacked nothing! We also love the convenient location to all that Amelia Island has to offer. We look forward to a return visit soon!!

We have stayed at Ashley’s place before, and again, it did not disappoint. Steps from a beautiful beach, and well located for great restaurants and the Christmas market. Fernandina is a cool place with good shopping. We will definitely want to stay here again.

This was a great place that is right on the beach! It is such a great location with a nice outside covered deck area. We loved it and hope to return soon!!!!

The stay was great, the location is awesome. what I found annoying is he shower is really old and the windows are broken and cannot be opened. Also trying to find what switch turns on what lights fans is difficult. Bedroom had had very annoying squeak and shake. Freshly renovated isn’t accurate as it’s only 50% renovated

The deck is large and covered. We spent more time there than inside. Very clean and clean well stocked with all we needed. Host was VERY responsive when the ac wasn’t working. The repairman showed up within an hour and we were chilling shortly afterward. Size was perfect for the two of us.
