Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After debating where we’d spend our 55th Wedding Anniversary....we were drawn back to our “happy place “...Silver Dunes!! We were not disappointed. In spite of threats of inclimate weather, EVERYTHING was absolutely wonderful. Our Condo was neat and clean as expected. The patio and its furniture was comfortable. The MAJOR assets, of course, are the beach and the beach pavilion AND the staff!! Amber was most accommodating and patient...from booking to departure. Mary Lou always courteous and helpful. Allen is an exceptional security man...so helpful, concerned, and knowledgeable. The landscape team was efficient and proactive. Mae, in particular, was helpful! She provided weather updates and even took a few anniversary pictures for us. ALL the staff, constantly checked on our welfare...Amber, Allen,& Mae especially, as they made their rounds. Hurricane Helene missed us. We did not have to evacuate. The Shrimp Basket,First Watch Restaurant and the Marina were wonderful. Corpus Christi Catholic Church was beautiful and welcoming,as always. We had a memorable vacation. Our thanks to Silver Dunes Staff and Owners.

This picture must be AI generated because this room is 1 on a sale of 1 to 5. It is in very poor shape. There is bird poop all over the outdoor patio and patio furniture.

Soft side and shallow water. Great for kids and adults. The pool was also very nice but the children’s pool was closed. Our condo was just ok. The furniture and overall condition were pretty tired and needed a complete refresh. The photo’s in this case we significantly better than the actual condo condition. We did get to see some other condo’s that had been upgraded and they we really nice. I would stay at Silver Dunes again, but would be more careful on the actual unitI rented.

Parents stayed in another room and it was disgusting. Family has been coming here for 19 yrs and we won’t be coming back due to cleanliness, or, lack there of.

Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.Dust in cabinets, dishwasher did not appear dry dishes, stove unbalanced and bottom drawer not on track, some dirty dishes in cabinet, mold on toilet rim, poor lighting, and closet full of stools, lamp, and other stuff.Having to u-turn to get into the facility was hard and very dangerous.beach access was good, beach chairs were useful and convenient, great hot water, helpful staff and adequate parking.

Everything else was ok. Want to give a shout out to our beach guy. Grant was great. Probably won’t stay here again simply because it’s to high for the room size.
