• Maximum occupancy enforced; unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine
• The terrace is shared with other guests in the building

House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    Nice property - had a maintenance issue but they came right away to fix a door. One of the bedrooms is on the small size and the shared patio is right next to it so be prepared if other units are using it. Bedding was nice but could use pillow cases. The property management company was easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

    Updated property in a good location right along the Canal streetcar line. Unit was exactly as described and communication was good. The couch is terribly uncomfortable and the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint but otherwise would recommend.

    The property is very non-descript with a single door directly adjacent to the COVID testing facility on Canal St. Quite a few homeless around the area, but is very close to Burbon St and short walk to River front and sites. Furniture in the living area could use a cleaning, walls could be painted in the back bedroom. Great set up, but our suite had several doors and windows that opened to a shared patio with the building, so kept our blinds closed most of the time. The only other negative was the foam king bed in the first room was VERY firm and only a thin comforter covered in sheets on top. Had to turn up the heat a bit because of lack of covers. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and was ideally located!

    This was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room. Close walking distance to most everything we wanted. Secure, clean, and convenient!! BTW - Room service breakfast tacos were GREAT!!! Getcha some!!!! Thanks for a great stay. If coming back to NOLA would definitely stay here again.

    The condo was lovely, and a fun place to gather after hot days of sightseeing in New Orleans. Very well put together, and management got right back to us about a minor maintenance issue. Would definitely stayou there afain!
