Stayed Jan 26, 2026The host and amenities at this location are 10/10. Anything we needed, was provided immediately upon request. I cannot speak enough about the attentiveness of this host. The amenities are the perfect accommodations for a ski trip. Heated floors, fire place and hot tub made the trip five stars.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The place is beautiful!!! Everything we needed was there from the kitchen, to the use of a washing machine and dryer! Hot tub was amazing. And the host was immediately available with any questions I may have had. Would definitely book again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Property is nice, however beds are beyond uncomfortable-after a long day of skiing it makes for a horrible night sleep.

Stayed Jan 21, 2025Amazing. Hands down such a comfy and luxurious stay at Cozen’s Place hosted by Sky Run. The property was EXACTLY as pictured. The heated floors were a game changer in -10 degrees and the hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day of skiing. The house was super clean and cozy. It’s a quick trip to the Winter Park resort/mountain and it was quite nice being tucked away in this spacious house. Very satisfied with our stay. The host was very speedy with all communications and we will definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024Beautiful place. Was great for our family of 5. Great location. Very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook in a few times. Hot tub was magnificent after days on the slopes. Would highly recommended and would stay again.
