Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family loves Fraser and has visited a few times. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five and far surpassed our expectations! Everything has been recently updated and the beds were comfortable. The condo was cleaned to perfection. The three bathroom is a huge benefit! We loved using the fully stocked kitchen and sitting on the front patio. The condo is on the third floor so you definitely get a little work out walking up and down the stairs. It is situated extremely close to a trail and creek our kids loved playing in. A grocery store is also a short walk. The pool is close to the condo and our kids loved swimming. Definitely a great find! We are so grateful for our time at this condo in Fraser!

Stayed Feb 15, 2024Werecently stayed at a condo in Fraser, Colorado, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for our group. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals and enjoy cozy nights in. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, being on the third floor meant a bit of a climb with luggage and gear, which was a bit tiring after a long day of skiing. Additionally, the drive up to the condo could be challenging when it snowed, as the road was steep and required careful navigation. Lastly, we found that parking could sometimes be a bit of a hassle, especially during peak times when it was full. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience at the Winter Park condo was overwhelmingly positive. The comfortable accommodations and well-equipped kitchen more than made up for any minor inconveniences we encountered. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next ski trip!

Stayed Feb 9, 2024Place was bigger than expected, exceptionally clean and the host was incredibly “present”. Be aware that it’s 3 flights up, but parking and access is as easy as it gets.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023This condo was so inviting and inspiring with it’s fabulous Mountain Views and gorgeous new fully equipped kitchen and living spaces. I loved the light that came into this fresh space and had the best night’s sleep ever in Colorado. The bed was so comfortable which is rare in my experience. We will be back!
