The rooms were clean and open!!

Very bad wind didnt care for the fish smell was told we would have dishes and dishwasher and there was NONE

We loved the location, the condo was very clean, Fort Morgan is the quiet part of the gulf shores area. I hope to do the stay again.

Only downside was there were way more out of town visitors than we expected in the evenings. The semiprivate balcony was not so private. The whole place was crawling with people every evening until around 9:30 In the description i would mention the overflow of people everywhere on the weekends. We greatly enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend it.

We saw a charter boat come in with HUGE tuna and amberjack one night, fished off the marina dock by the fish feeders, and danced to the tunes playing by the marina as we enjoyed wine on the balcony of the marina. We also enjoyed ice cream at Pelican scoops more than once. And it wasn't my too loud for adults who need sleep! We will absolutely stay again.

The location was great, except for the constant stream of people around our front door, because of the proximity to the restaurant and bar. The music playing outside was so loud we had to turn up the TV to hear it. There were 2 TV’s but they weren’t the same, so you couldn’t start a program on one and finish on the other. The beds and the shower head were so tall I almost needed a step stool. The lower bed was very soft and you rolled towards the middle. The higher bed was better. There’s only one place to hang a bath towel so it can dry between showers. Toilet paper holder is inconveniently hung on the wall behind you. And parking is at a premium when the restaurant/bar are open.

Loved the property, was right next to a dock store, ice-cream shop and a restaurant. Was a very laid back atmosphere. Would definitely rent again.

Great Room and Location for fishing out of Ft Morgan, Marina. I will definitely stay again.

(you cannot fish there). We rented a boat for a 6am departure Snapper trip, it was great to just walk downstairs. The staff with Sunset were ALL wonderful to work with and very prompt to assist with any needs prior and/or during our stay.
