This cozy one-bedroom condo is in the absolute best location in Fort Lauderdale. The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach,while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive Intracoastal waterway views. Laying by the pool and watching Fort Lauderdale's Mega Yachts drive by or sparkling sunsets over the water is reason enough to book this incredible property.

KEYPAD: Each guests have their own unique keypad code and is active and deactivated, upon check-in and check-out.

MINIMUM AGE
Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.

GARBAGE
Guests are responsible for the removal of trash during and after their stay to the designated dispensers located on site.

NOISE ORDINANCE
It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

Children under the age of three are not permitted in the pool.

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on the premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

This is a NON SMOKING property.

Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.

*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. There is a locked closet that is labeled inside of the unit that is off-limits to all guests.

Busy beach bars, restaurants, jet ski and bicycle rentals, Beach Place, and the golden sands of sunny Fort Lauderdale beach are just steps away from your front door. This resort is surrounded by stunning hotels that include the W Fort Lauderdale, The Ritz Carlton, The Atlantic, and The Conrad all of which boast fantastic restaurants and Spas and can be reached by taking a quick stroll down A1A as you overlook the beach. A1A is the perfect place to Rollerblade or bike and look out over the crashing turquoise waves. This property is right next to all the hustle and bustle of the beach, yet its location on the back side of the beach allows you complete serenity and just the perfect amount of peace and quiet as you recover from all the action.

Easily get around the area by walking on A1A, close by rental bicycle station areas on the beach or if you wish to venture out of the beach area you can rent a car. We do have an on-site parking spot available for one car.

This is a non-smoking property and this is strictly enforced by the condo association. This includes interior and exterior premises.

All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in, at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.

    Central to everything. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Condo was very nice and clean. Had all the amenities needed for 2 people. Extremely nice view of the intracoastal. Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

    It was a trip that my teenage daughter and I had been looking forward to as it was the first volleyball tournament of the year. When we got to the property, I opened the door and she asked “what is that smell?” Within ten minutes, I came to the conclusion I made a colossal mistake in staying here. I wish I would have never booked this place. PRO: *The positive was the location as the unit is near restaurants and nightlife. That’s the only good thing. CONS: *Extremely dated - if you are into furniture, appliances, linens, and a bathroom from the 1970s, this unit is for you! *AC/Heating Unit Broken (When it was warm, the unit was at 75. When it was cold, it dipped to 67 and I had to sleep with a sweatshirt on) *No blankets for beds (imagine trying to sleep when it was cold). We requested blankets and only one was provided *Pull out bed in the living area (which is the second bed supposed to sleep two) had a very flat mattress, was curve shaped and had a series of bars that you felt while sleeping *Bathroom was dirty, the “stopper” was broken in the sink and the tub had a massive yellow stain *Everpest plug-ins located in the unit to keep bugs and rodents away *Blinds don’t close all the way making it nice and bright in the second “room” with a bed *TV is SD not HD *Property Management was initially willing to offer a credit or discount but was unresponsive when I attempted to finalize the amount I would strongly suggest removing this property from being rented. It will ruin your vacation.

    We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The rental was clean, and comfortable. We only wish we’d had a unit with a balcony to enjoy the perfect weather. Easy walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants, and minutes from a grocery store.
