Fort Lauderdale Condo Near the Beach

Excellent location: 10 min walk to the beach, directly on the water taxi stop, 5 min walk to the Galleria Mall for shops and restaurant; nice pool. The only con is that the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult.

I liked that condo, the environment was really peaceful, it was what I was looking for.

Nice area and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to Miami as well.

Pool was very nice. It wasn’t heated, but a little chilly.The room was spotless, small but nice. We couldn’t get the living TV on, but had bedroom tv. The host was always available, which is super important. He answered within minutes.The front desk at this hotel was phenomenal.The girl we spoke with told us exactly what to do to get to the port , and what time to leave. Everything she told us worked perfectly.

Great location and water taxi stop 8 is right by the property. Rick is very easy to deal with and we will consider using him for another cruise. We stayed two nights. Publix is a couple of blocks and an easy walk for items. The unit is right by the bridge but on the waterway. So it can be loud at certain times of the day but at night in the bedroom it sounds more like ocean waves so didn't bother us. A nice stay. If you've never tried the water taxi, do it for a day. It's fun.

The host was super helpful and had excellent communication. The room is nice and has a beautiful view. Me and my 2 friends had alot of fun!

The owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries. We had an issue of missing a blanket for the sofa bed and he had it addressed quickly. The unit is in a great location and the overall property is awesome. We had just the right amount of space. However the unit needs some attention. Basic maintenance for this apartment seems to be neglected. The sofa bed should be replaced. There is mold on the part under the cushions and the handles for the pull out have rusted and stained the cushions. The mattress on the pull out is in poor shape as well. The bathroom shower head is rusted and needs to be replaced. There is mold in the back of the bathroom door where towels hang and on the grout in the shower. There is a broken/missing tile next to the toilet and the door to the bathroom is coming apart at the bottom as well as having rusty hinges. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted. We were only in town one night and the location was of prime importance to us so this property was OK for that purpose.

Perfect location. Close to mall and grocery store. Water taxi on property. Restaurant and bar also on property. Owners were great and answered us promptly on questions we had. We will definitely return when going to Ft Lauderdale.

Great time meeting people at the outdoor bar. Were in town for my nephews over-the-top wedding and this place was within blocks of all of the weekends activities. Would stay here again.
