Stayed Feb 15, 2025This condo was perfect for us, an easy couple minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice quiet area out behind the condo for a walk. Checking in was a breeze, friendly atmosphere and neighbors. Superb host.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Great shape for older property and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony on 4th floor.Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Nice pool.Vince, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We were very pleased with the condo. Beautiful sunsets from condo. Very short walk to the ocean. The pool was very nice and warm.We met very nice people in the building. The owner Jana was very helpful and super to deal with. She kept us very informed on everything. Vince and their family were always available. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023I recently had the privilege to stay at this condominium. If you are looking for a view of the gulf, safe and beautiful location for walking, short walk to the beach and a clean condominium than this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed. The owner was very attentive with any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to rent this condominium again in the future! I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Stayed Feb 4, 2023Everything you need for a month or longer retreat at the beach! The unit was very clean and communication with Vince was easy and prompt. I will definitely consider staying again; hopefully longer!
