Footsteps From Vanderbilt Beach. The Best Thing About Memories, Is Making Them.

This is by far one of the best rentals we ever stayed in. Very close to the beach (like 3 min walk that my 2 years old could do it no problem), great little pool on the roof and easy parking. The condo has everything you can imagine, from tons of pots and pans in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, even beach towels and gear (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, even a cart to carry all of them to the beach). I was pleasantly surprised to find a first aid kit (really, I haven't seen any properties to have this, i really needed a bandaid for my little girls and just saw the kit in the linen closet). Do yes, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony faces the bay, nice view, we got to see dolphins a few times. There is construction going around in that area, it didn't bother us as we were mostly gone to the beach or exploring Naples, but if you are sensitive to noise, dust and don't like to see excavators drilling and scooping dirt, then look somewhere else. (I'm very curious to see what's coming after all this construction). Will have to be back in a year or so lol to see the new development.

I knew that construction was taking place in the area, but was not aware How Early each day you would get noise. The Condo is located 50 yards from the Main Construction Trailers for the Ritz Carlton Condo Project. Each Morning at 6:45 A.M. you could hear Workers arrive and Activity begin. Not easy to sleep in. Location is nice near Vanderbilt Beach, but it's not easy to sleep in and relax. This situation should be made more specifically described in the Listing.

Can't beat the location! Steps from Vanderbilt beach, Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton. My second week-long stay at this clean unit in elevator building with covered off-street parking.

Very loud construction work waking us up early every morning. We were never told what specific condo # we were in. Chris never responded to our messages. We were a late flight in and having only an access code to go by, we had to go to every condo on the 2nd floor and enter in the access code to figure out what condo we were to stay in!

We love staying in Naples so close to the beach! It was a little noisy with the construction but we knew about that ahead of time. Just disappointed that we lost that water view off the balcony!

The pool and Lanai were a little dirty from all the construction. But this week was too cold to use anyway. No hot tub or sauna. But the condo was fine and in a great location.

We could walk to the beach which was the only positive experience. We could not use the pool or sit on the back deck due to the continuous construction dust. We were awaken every morning from trucks and a construction worker blowing a whistle all day long. Also, the bed was advertised as a Queen but it was a double. There was no privacy due to construction workers who could look into the condo.

As advertised. Clean condo within walking distance of the beach. Host was very responsive.

Very clean, walk to beach, just a little concerned about the surrounding construction.
