Florida Condo w/ Pool & Tennis: Walk to Beach!

Quiet area. Condo very clean and well kept. Enjoyed our short stay tremendously!

Great location, comfy beds, and clean, easy to use kitchen. We had one minor issue but the owner was quick to respond and made it right.

We have stayed here multiple times. The condo is always clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and close to the beach. We love the community and the holiday spirit!

Clean, nice updated condo. Great proximity to the beach. Only complaint is the walls and ceilings seem thin. Lots of noise comes through.

The condo is updated and clean! Beautiful kitchen and bathroom with a full sized washer and dryer. Laundry pods, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, and snacks were provided for our convenience and comfort. The location was perfect as well, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to visit Amelia Island!

It was an awesome place to stay. Everything was new and clean. The location was perfect. My daughter lives the mattresses which I thought was a very unique detail to notice for a nine year old. I would love to come back.

Ready walk to the beach. Close to local sites like FtClinch, lighthouse, historic downtown and marina. This property has most daily needs and easy parking. Coffee was Kureig only. Lovely and comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would do it again

We love the island and go every year - this condo was very clean , very pretty and decorated well and great location - the beds were a bit hard for us but not terrible … some noisy neighbors but no big deal - not in the condo except to sleep really - nice snack basket in the kitchen

David is a wonderful host and a great guy. He went out of his way to bring one of the kids a fishing rod, set up and bait over. It was incredibly kind and he was very helpful. Place is very comfy.

The island was fabulous and the accommodations were great.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Home away from home.

Trip was amazing and condo was great location for our event.

As the title suggests, I brought my elderly mother out of the hurricane with her little dogs. Everyone was lovely, accommodating and the condo is something I would have lived in. Right off the beach, lovely little town, great hosts.

We stayed 4 nights, after Labor Day. It was immaculate and the area was quiet and safe. The host sent us clear instructions, easy to follow, and was available had we needed to contact him. We'd like to stay there again whenever we visit Fernandina Beach!

A cozy condo with the nicest live in neighbors. Within a short drive to anything you need. The beach was easily accessible with a handful of great restaurants right there. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. My children enjoyed being welcomed by the coloring book and snacks, especially after a long day of travel. The condo was just as pictured and super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and pool.

This property really looked just like the pic. There was a moldy smell when we first came in and the bathroom floor, baseboards and shower door look like they could use a LITTLE TLC BUT this rental is nice, spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable and me and my children enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, a 5min walk to the beach, close to restaurants and comfortable

My boyfriend & our friends loved the location, availability of the owner, & the overall cleanliness of the condo. Our only cons were the beds were very hard, the master bedroom comforter had sand on our arrival (not much but enough to notice), the dryer doesn’t vent to outside due to building design so it can get hot in the condo when run (but the AC is awesome & it quickly cooled things down), & you can hear everything from the bathroom which was just weird but wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay again! All the cons were very much masked by the pros.
