Best compliment I can give is that everything was truly as described and agreed with the previous great reviews. Great location, easy beach access, walk or bike to shops and dining, and clean and plenty of beach amenities provided, area was quiet and comfortable.

Great Villa! We had a wonderful stay. The unit is updated,;clean, and fully stocked with anything you need. The large insulated cups were awesome for lounging by the pool with a cold drink 😀.

Cute place just big enough for my teenage daughter and I. Loved being able to sit outside and see the ocean every morning. Not far from the beach at all. The free bikes were a great touch and were fun to use to cruise around the island and ride on the beach. Hosts were very hospitable and communicated well and made us feel at home. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this property. The beach access was as advertised and was fantastic. The bikes were nearly new, and the room was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that need. Just my wife and I stayed there. The villa sleeps 6 and I suspect that it would be tight for that many people.

Had a nice, relaxing beach getaway for my fiancé’s birthday weekend filled with beach days, golf, good food, and total relaxation. We will definitely be back!I loved this villa!! The check-in process was so smooth, and the host was so kind and quick to respond. We were even able to check in hours early, which was such a pleasant surprise since we planned on just waiting by the beach.The apartment was so cozy and had a fully equipped kitchen!! Even the couch was super comfy, and there was a nice-sized TV for movie nights. Even though the room faces the side we still had a very nice view of the water which made for perfect coffee mornings.We quickly discovered HHI is definitely a biking place! They provided two very nice bikes that we were able to take on a nice ride. The villa also provided beach chairs & a pool floaty. Not to mention plenty of bathroom towels. We had everything we needed. The villa is also within walking distance to pretty much everything: the beach, food, and shops! I appreciate the host being so kind through out the entire stay. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate it. :)

Clean and close to the beach!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and easy to get to. We loved using the bikes to ride on the beach! We would highly recommend it to everyone and we look forward to our next stay there!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression was claustrophobic. Walking into a narrow hallway with a wall on one side and narrow bunk beds on the other side was not a pleasant experience. Looking at the bedroom made it even worse. A queen size bed is nice, but not with 6” of space on one side and 12” on the other side. Cramped to the max! In addition to the lack of space to maneuver, the bed was so high that you could not sit on it to change clothes. So there was no place to change clothes in the bedroom. We had to put our suitcases on the lower bunk, so we had to go in the living room to change clothes. I would suggest knocking out the wall and removing the bunk beds. It is crazy to suggest this little unit can accommodate 4 adults and two children!

Our host took care of our needs, and we had a memorable Christmas holidays at their beachfront property.

Clean quite

So great for the two of us! It is as clean and nice as the photos. Perfect spot on the balcony for coffee in the morning. The bed was really comfortable - slept great! The kitchen is well appointed. It is close to the beach. It was really just what we wanted for our stay on Hilton Head to connect with family. Would rent again.

First time I used VRBO so I’m not experienced enough to compare. Nice location with very good access to the beach. Condo is smaller/tighter than I thought. Good for a short stay.

The property had everything we needed. We were able to tour the entire island on the 2 bicycles provided. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a wonderful way to start each day.

Accommodations and ammenities were excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice short walk to the beach.

The location can’t be beat! The villa is steps to the beach, shopping, dining, & on-site pool. The condo is cozy, clean & well equipped. The owners are very responsive to messages. We had a wonderful stay!

The condo was just what we needed and it was clean and comfortable. Kendall was prompt and provided all the info we asked for and more. Condo is in a great location with easy free parking.

Nice location on the island and within the complex. Close to the elevator and laundry without any annoying noises. The swimming pool as you walk out the door is a pleasant relaxing view.Was a nice touch of decorated sugar cookies to greet us on the table when we walked in. Kendall responded quickly to sny texts.Attractive with new furnishings and appliances. Brand new cookware and anything else you might need for those who want to cook.Loved the plantation sliding doors and balcony. Everything is modern, clean, and fresh. Close to the beach or a short walk to Coligny Beach where you can relax on the covered lawn swings or explore the many shops and restaurants. Also has Piggly Wiggly located there.Would highly recommend if a smaller setup works as it did for the two of us. We enjoyed our winter getaway and the side trips to Beaufort and Savannah.Is not huge but comfortable for two people.

Lots of positives, comfy bed, great location, nice bikes, nice welcome cookies and waters!

Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

We prefer an end unit for the view, but this had everything we needed for a short stay
