Great location away from the big crowds. Well-stocked with helpful items, including beach and pool toys for the kids. Highly recommend.

The place had the feel of a mexico condo. There wasnt any traffic to listen too, way off the road. Wife was definitely impressed with the property and location. Will be back.

Loved how the condo had a wagon, chairs, beach umbrella and boogie board for our family to use. They even had a set of beach towels clean and ready to go. Really enjoyed our stay!

This is an aging resort and the management is trying to squeeze the last dollar out of the property. Negative: Nickle and dimed1.You will not be told that beach towels are not provided at the beach resort condo so be sure to bring your own2.There will be no Kleenex so bring your own3.You will get one trash bag for an entire week so bring extra4.Two loads of laundry costs 10 so be prepared for that and it’s not in the unit5.If you have kids under 12 they are not allowed to use the hot tubs, the management company will not tell you that before you book6.Kids under 16 are not allowed to use the workout facilities, you will not be told that before you book7.While we were there, the outdoor hot tub was broken, and it looked like it had been for a long time8.The floor of the condo was covered in sand, I had to sweep every room upon arrival9.The living room rug had not been vacuumed and there was human hair and other grime on it, fortunately there is a vacuum in the unit so you can do the job yourself10.Dana the customer service rep will gaslight you and tell you that your expectations and their lack of communication is your faultPositive: quiet and not crowded1.The building was quiet2.The wifi worked well3.The beach was very nice, lots of space4.Several pools with plenty of chairs5.Restaurant and coffee shop onsite6.Basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courtsThis place is not bad but you can do better, we will not be staying there again.

This property is perfect for family beach time. The condo was a little dark and dated, but the location was very convenient. The king bed in the unit was not very comfortable and had sharp edges that slices your knees when you bump into it. The property managers were very responsive when a small repair was required in the unit. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location of the resort was also perfect!! We loved all the amenities, especially the hot tubs. It’s right on the beach so sitting on the balcony for coffee in morning was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

Even though located on the side of the building, the view was great. It was a short walk down the pier to the beach. Plenty of Umbrellas w/chairs to rent. At night, the bed was very comfortable. The response from the lease office was quick when we had questions. No problems arrose during our stay. We do recommend this condo as a Do Over.
