The property was comfortable and well decorated/furnished. I found it conveniently located in a great part of town. The parking and safety of the area was great too

The place is nice. The area has a fair number of homeless people outside; they were all mellow but it is a bit concerning at night.

Great apartment on the boardwalk near shops and restaurants. There was a group of unhoused folks in the parking lot but they were no trouble.

Great property! Lots of space. Quiet. Well furnished. Close to lots of great shopping, restaurants and the coastal highlights.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! So clean, so convenient, so comfortable, so much everything!! I love the historical aspect! “Fine Linen Threads”?? I thought a weird place to make sheets so long ago! And then I learned on the trolley to Pier 39 that the cotton ropes from the ships needed to be hung to dry bc they would rot. And then they added linen thread to prevent (or slow down the decay)! Not sheets but for ropes! The decor was done by a talented Vintage store owner. The beds were new not vintage and comfy. Even the pullout leather couch was awesome. Right on the river walk trail? Easy parking? Elevator? I was blown away how wonderful it was. Even a room of its own with washer and dryer! The beautiful new fridge still had its barcode by the ice dispenser! Don’t pass this one up if you’re hunting for a place to stay. Thank you, Tyler! Crazy good!!

Quiet, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to all things Astoria. Great communication with Tyler. I highly recommend staying at the Flats.

The condo was in a great part of town short walk to just about everything you wanna do when you’re in downtown Astoria. There was parking plenty of close restaurants, I really couldn’t ask for a better location to be honest. Tyler was a great host checked upon our arrival. The check-in process was very smooth and straightforward.

Many wonderful aspects of this stay. Great location, well equipped kitchen (dinnerware not microwave safe since it was melamine & dishes stated not safe for micro-host notified & I am sure that has been rectified). The main issue for our party was the 2nd bedroom that is a stretch to be called a bedroom. No closet & no privacy. The barn door does not close properly & the green curtains in the listing cover 2 large square openings so the room is not quiet but the bed is comfortable…otherwise great flat & we really enjoyed our stay. If possible I would give 4.5 stars for the stay but that choice is not offered.

Great location in downtown astoria, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Very clean and right by the waterfront. Fast response times with any questions/information about the rental.

3 friends had a mini reunion. Great accommodations and fun city!!
