Stayed Oct 9, 2025The property was well outfitted, clean, easy to access, right on the ocean and the view was beautiful. There was even a grassy area just outside the door where the children could run and play. Communication with the host was easy, response time was amazing, and host was extremely helpful! Beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a place in Fernandina Beach - this is it!!!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025We absolutely love this place. Extremely clean and you cannot beat the first floor location. Close to the pool and the beach and just a short drive to downtown. It is the perfect size and layout for our family! Stayed there last year and loved it so much, we booked again this year.
