First Floor Condo. Steps to the Beach, hot tub and pool

We felt that the condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean and welcoming. Our host was very helpful and left us notes to ease our açcess to the beach and deliveries. He had a closet stocked with beach equipment; all went smoothly. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, the close proximity to the beach, and a hot tub within a few steps for our door. We would like to return to this resort next year.

Owner was great, very responsive to our minor issues. We will definitely be back.

The unit was clean and modern. Plenty of room for a family

The host was helpful when we had a hard time getting into the unit. It was dark when we arrived and we couldn't see the lock system we were supposed to use. He wrote us back and we were able to get into the unit.We also really liked our condo and all the ammenities. We even got in a few games of pickleball. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We love this complex and stay here often. It is a great location with shopping nearby. The walk to the beach is short and the hot tub and heated pool were great for the kids in the cooler months. The kitchen had what we needed and the master bedroom king bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was good and the keypad made for easy entry. Hope to stay again.

The grounds are well maintained, the pool is quiet, and we enjoy staying at the club.

We love this place! It was our second year in a row in this exact unit, and we plan on coming back. Chairs & beach wagon were very much appreciated. And the pool at the complex is divine.

My husband and I came to the beach for a long weekend of relaxation. The condo was perfect and we loved it so much we stayed there even more than we went to the beach. Everything was beautiful and the furniture and bed were so comfortable! The condo is in a nice classy area and had an easy short walk to the beach. Don’t miss out on this jewel!! You will love every minute!!

We spent 5 very relaxing days in this lovely location. Everything was clean, up to date, and located perfectly for all the activities we wanted to do. The beach access was wonderful, and both pools made for a relaxing afternoon.

We had grandkids as well as our adult daughters stay with us and all enjoyed the wealth of activities available. Between the tennis courts and pickleball courts, excellent restaurants near by, and the close access to the beach, the location was perfect. The condo is as advertised and close to all. John responded to all are questions quickly. We loved our time there.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is lovely, beach very easy access, as are the grocery store and lots of restaurants. We will be back!

We enjoyed this place because it was close to the beach in a peaceful area and many things to do on site. Pool was very nice beach was a very short walk. Our place had great supplies for the beach and relaxing.

Great condo! Clean and comfy. Love the hot tub just outside the room. We will return for sure! The front gate staff were helpful and friendly.

John was very quick to respond to any communication. The condo was exactly what we needed, fast access to the beach, awesome pools, and a quick easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. There were no hitches with check-in. Will go again!!

We enjoyed our stay. John was very helpful. Husband and kids enjoyed the hot tub outside our room. The description on Vrbo was right on. Only thing I would say negatively would be living room furniture needs updated. Loved our stay. Would stay there again.
