What does it look like Waking up early in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sunrise slowly peaks over the trees Or maybe it starts even earlier, shaking off the sleep to lace up your hiking boots and beat the sun as you set up your camera to capture the sherbet pink skies behind on of Utah’s iconic arches Or even working on your bike in the bike tune station before hitting the slick rock trails.



However you choose to spend your day in Moab, you can always come home to Purple Sage Flats. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with designer furnishings, unique artwork, and colorful textiles. Guest Access:

You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience



The Neighborhood:

We are located three block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

    Purple Sage was a great place to stay. Located right in the hart of down town. Comfy beds and the space was very spacious.

    We just spent a week in Moab mountain biking, hiking, exploring Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse, and the town, its local shops, and restaurants. It was an incredible trip, and staying at Purple Sage Flats was the icing on the cake. Everything about Purple Sage was wonderful - spacious, comfortable, eclectic, great location, very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Moab. Highly recommend!!

    The unit was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. Within very easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the secure bike storage and laundry facilities. We had some occasion to contact the management company and they were pleasant and very easy to deal with. All our questions were answered. All in all a very lovely stay.

    Stopped in Moab at the end of a 2 week trip to visit a family member. We used the kitchen to bake my grandson a home cooked meal. Room was very homie and comfortable. Outside amenties were nice. Didn't have time for the hottub or barbeque.

    We spent 3 nights here. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Note though that the laundry facility and the hot tub are shared with the other units. This is not clearly communicated in the description. The location is very close to downtown. We would stay there again.

    Great location. We went to Goblins Park, Dead Horse Point Park, Arches Park and Canyonland. We went for the day, came back, able to easily get meals, clean up and do it all over the next day. Very clean and very safe.

    Very clean. Felt fairly spacious even though it is a smaller rental. Seems hard to find places in Moab that the AC is absolutely spectacular. The AC worked well enough to be comfortable. Probably the best I’ve experienced in this price range. The host did a great job of responding when I had a question and checked in a couple times to ensure things were to our liking. Overall we had a great experience
