Great location and lovely place to stay. Good communication and Alexandria met us and showed us around the unit.

Condo is ideally located. Everything you want and need within walking distance. Easy access to Athens. Condo was very clean, very comfortable, host was very accommodating and willing to answer any questions we had. You can’t go wrong with this condo !!

For us this property was the perfect place to stay in Athens. The apartment was spotless, it was well equiped and ideal for 4 adults. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty space to unpack. The messages from the proprietors before our stay were clear and helpful. We were met in person rather than an impersonal lockbox which was a nice touch. The beach was just across the road, (with a childrens play area and fun train). It was only a 10min walk to the tram that takes you into the heart of Athens and a 5min walk to the tram that goes along the Athens Riviera.

Neighborhood was nice with many coffee shops, pastry shops, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Multiple modes of public transportation available within a few blocks. Rented a car and had no trouble finding a place to park - as long as you are really good at parallel parking. Apartment had everything you would need for a stay. Only hiccup with the water heater was resolved right away - host was very responsive. The balconies were nice with a view of the ocean. Local beach is nice to look at from the apartment but not a nice swimming beach - would recommend going to another beach for that. Highly recommend this apartment and host.

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday. This apartment is lovely and the hosts are amazing. There even a beach view from the balcony. Just a very short walk to shops, public transport and the beach. All the mod cons including beach gear. Highly recommend.

Really nice to be by the sea but be able to use the tram/train to get to Downtown Athens

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment by Filsvos Beach! The space was modern, clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shops and great restaurants.Communication with both the owner, Stephanie, and the site manager, Alexandria, was seamless. They were both so accommodating and responsive. Alexandria went above and beyond by providing a helpful binder full of local menus and brochures for sightseeing, which made exploring the area so much easier.The apartment was spacious, updated, and felt like a true home away from home. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

The apartment was stunning and the views were incredible. Just across the street was the train and the path along the sea. Several beaches are nearby (5 min walk) that are never too packed and we walked to the marina for our catamaran booking. Great seafood restaurants are within 6-8 walk I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Our stay was wonderful! The beach, tram, restaurants, shops and two grocery markets were within such close proximity to this beautifully appointed 4th floor apartment, we didn’t even consider renting a car and walked almost everywhere instead. Stephanie and Tony were quick to respond to a couple of simple questions we had. Their caretaker, Alex was a delight and we thoroughly appreciated her going over things with us upon our arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend this as your “home away from home”. We are considering returning to Greece within the next 12-18 months and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the location of this property. Not Athens proper but close enough. Parking was tricky - we usually found something within 2 blocks of the property. Lots of places to eat, get groceries, and super easy access to the beach and public transport. The owner's representative who met us at the apartment was friendly, helpful, responsive, and informative. It would help if there was an information binder for a few of the utilities and appliances as it was a lot to absorb. But otherwise pretty perfect!

The apartment is only about five minutes from the Beach, and both weather as well as water temperature allowed for swimming!We enjoyed our stay!

My two girls and I stayed for a portion of our trip to Greece by the beach. It was within walking distance to the marina for our boat tours. We were able to take a bus to the city center. We rented a car and had easy parking. Our view from the balcony was excellent. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. It even had a washer and dryer. We each had our own bedroom with comfortable beds.

Nice location and facilities. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Small issue with the shower door not being able to be closed but I am sure that will be corrected soon. still a most excellent experience.

We really enjoyed our brief stay in Athens, Stephanie was a great hostess and Alexandria in town was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect size and the view of the sea from the balcony was wonderful. Just a block away from public transport which made our stay easy while navigating around Athens and so many yummy places just up the street with a cute little bakery just on the corner next to the place. I highly recommend this place for your stay and if you get a chance try out the Pita Bar up the road and any of the coffee/pastry shops for a Freddo Espresso!

We returned on the back end of our Greek travels for three more nights. Very happy with the location and well appointed accommodation. Parking always a challenge in crowded Athens so unless you really need a car and comfortable with crazy drivers, use taxi and public transit.

Lovely property with great view. Terrific location with tram across street. Easy communication. Alexandria helpful in orienting us to the unit We are coming back in 2 weeks and very happy to do so.

A really nice apartment close to the beach and restaurants. Via the tram also the city center is easily reached. The apartment itself has perfect beds and a very large balcony. A perfect spot to explore Athens.
