- Children two years of age or younger are not counted towards the occupant maximum.
- Maximum 2 vehicles are allowed on-site.1 in the driveway and 1 in the unassigned guest spots.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No outdoor amenities or activities.
- No outdoor music shall be used at any time. This includes no radios, no musical instruments, no amplifiers, no karaoke, no DJ’s or any devices that produce any sound or noise.
-If music is played indoors, guests must ensure it cannot be heard beyond the property line at all times.
- Occupants shall respect neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
- Guests are required to comply with Cathedral City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations
- Cathedral City’s transient occupancy tax is 12%
- The Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District tax is 1%
