Fiddler’s Creek Boutique Resort Lifestyle

We started looking late for our winter getaway. Wanted a three bedroom. We were surprised to find this property available so late. The owners, David and Terri were great in getting things done quickly. The location in Fiddler’s Creek was perfect. The size of all the rooms was a bonus. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the owners.

We spent the month of Dec 2014 in La Vita Naples - our first condo after many rented houses in SW Florida - and we were not disappointed. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child for part of our stay, the condo furnishings were excellent and the Fiddlers Creek a quality location and very convenient for nearby Marco Island, Naples as well as Publix and Walmart. The comfortable lanai was a pleasant place to spend some time - sun from 1530 during our stay - and if you wanted full sun during the day, the community pool was only 50 yards away. Given the warm water temperature here, we could not believe how quiet it was. A transfer fee of $500 gave us entry to the private members Club & Spa, a 2 minute drive away. We spent a lot of time here - 2 warm lagoon pools (our 4 year old granddaughter was in heaven!) + 2 child pools, waiter service (raise the flag on your pool lounger) and excellent food at the Gator Grill + happy hours. We don't cook on holiday - the lanai electric grill worked well but was only used 3 times - so we had 50+ meals out from Marco Island up to Bonita Springs and had no difficulty in finding restaurants within a short drive. Teri & David were excellent hosts - replacing, within 24 hours, a garage door lifter breakdown. The condo is a haven for tv watchers - 3 big flat screens, comcast, dvd/cd player - granddaughter heaven again! But - to nitpick - the absence of a good reading light in the family room is the only item we lacked - and will certainly not deter us from returning to La Vita Naples.

LaVita Naples was everything and more as described in this VRBO listing. Seeing it in person is even more beautiful than the photos reflect. We had everything and more available to make us feel right at home. The unit was very clean and well kept. David and Teri are wonderful owners who were great at making sure our stay was a pleasant one all the way around. I would highly recommend this property listing to anyone. The location is great for easy access to Marco Island or Naples. Sitting on the lanai with the beautiful fountain and view was mesmerizing and soooo relaxing day and night. Simply an ideal place to spend 3 months of winter. Thanks so much David and Teri!

My wife and I can't say enough about this condo. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating it and thinking of all the things you will need to make your vacation perfect. The lanai is an added bonus with new comfortable outdoor furniture, as well as a beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs for six that overlooks the lake. A perfect spot night or day to sit outside. In fact, the entire condo has new furniture throughout and was repainted as well. The condo is in perfect condition and having internet connection and cable TV made it even better. We highly recommend it to anyone. The owners are wonderful folks and care about you having a great vacation.
