Fernandina Beach Villa w/ Remarkable Ocean Views!

Loved the view. The property needed painting really bad and some work. My daughters and I were looking for a place to rent for years to come since we have done this since 2003 but since it didn’t meet our standards because of the exuberant price and not meeting our standards we’re going to keep searching. We’ve found better deals elsewhere.

Sisters vacation, very dirty master bathroom, views were beautiful from outside, windows and patio doors were dirty. Disappointed at how dirty it was.

Our stay was fabulous! This condo is comfortable, the views are gorgeous, the location is perfect! We had a marvelous time!The kitchen supplies so many necessities. We reserved the same week for 2027 before we left Florida.Thank you for wonderful memories!

The view of the ocean is great and the sunrises were spectacular

I’ll start w/the positives-fabulous view, great location, nice TV in living room. Negatives-TV in bedroom not working at all. Looks like from previous reviews that they have been aware of this since June, but they’re advertising that they have two TV’s in the unit. They fail to mention that one doesn’t work. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. Bathtub in Master Suite has unsightly stains in the tub. There was no stopper in that tub so no way to take a bath. There also was no toilet paper holder-half of it was broken off. There was no stopper for the sink in the other bath. Evolve contact said that sink stoppers were not listed as an amenity! Since when are basic provisions amenities? Paint was peeling off the wall in spots. There were no grab bars in either bathtub, except for one on the wall in the hallway tub. I prefer to take a bath, and slipped and I almost fell for lack of a grab bar. As others have said, there’s a lot of the owner’s possessions packed into a space that’s much smaller than it looks in the pictures.Add to this the fact that we reported all this to our contact numerous times.The final time we called her was the morning of check-out to let her know that the neighbors downstairs came to our door to ask us to take down the wind chimes because they were so loud they couldn’t sleep.She complained that we contacted her before 9:00 a.m. even though Evolve advertises that they are available 24/7. Our check-out was 10 a,m.

We had a nice stay. It was very clean and the ocean view and location were fabulous. The living room furniture (sectional something) was like sitting on concrete blocks. I don't think anyone could sleep on it either. Also the television service was sorely lacking but matched the 80s decor. Too much old furniture made it hard to maneuver. We felt like we were in a maze. It could be a beautiful place if there was less of everything!

Ambitiously described in listing. Extremely cramped and absolutely filled to the brim with possessions. Couch is the biggest issue. This definitely needs replaced to be a viable sleeping option.

The property was amazing and proximity to beach was great. Perfect location for families with kids.

We have been doing beach vacations for 30 years. I get that we are “renting” someone’s vacay home. The location was great and complex was quiet and met our needs. This unit is filled to the brim with the owners stuff. The couch is a brick, uncomfortable not good for sitting but has lift up cushions for storage. The unit was not clean, toilets dirty and dust on every surface and light bulbs out. The easy access code on door not working and only one key available in old lock box which was inconvenient. I called the Mgmt Co and was told that they were an hour away and it was just too hard for them to get to the unit to fix things. (The new box is on the counter) TV in bead room not connected to stream or cable. This is unacceptable considering the fees charged for their services in the rental agreement. Do not rent from Evolve. You can find units in the complex for rent at a lower rate with the same view that are updated and better maintained. We talked to others while lounging at the pool who were satisfied with the unit they were in.

Awesome views of beach from condo and short drive to restaurants. Condo was good for 4 people. The keypad wasn’t working but the host got with us quickly to let us know how to retrieve the key from the lockbox. Our main complaint is the couch. It is very hard. If Someone plans on sitting on it or sleeping on it, bring a foam mattress topper. Also not sure if our sheets had been washed, so we washed those. Other than those few things, we had a great stay.

Amazing views and easy access to the beach with short commutes to great restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a few issues at check in. The keypad entry was not working and we were not notified in advance. After a phone call we were given a code to a lock box and one key. Also, there had been a repair of the kitchen sink prior to our check in and there was a lingering odor when we arrived. There were towels and floor mats still in the dryer. The unit was superficially clean. We did not have any dishwasher pods and only 2 pods for the washer. These were supposed to be supplied. The batteries in the remote were dead and no AAA replacements were available. The upside of this unit is its location - the views are definitely nice. We had plenty of room for our family. Good to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate for our cooking needs. Our son enjoyed the pool. Short walk to the beach. We could get to most of the island attractions in 10-15 minutes. We played several of the board games/card games on rainy days. Overall a good stay, but could use some increased attention to details and deeper cleaning.

Property is very nice and the view of the ocean is the best we have found on Amelia island.

Gorgeous views from every angle. Very convenient access to the beach. Our family loved how quiet and low key the area was.Would definitely recommend this location.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and the ocean view was stellar! I loved having coffee on the spacious balcony. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was not too crowded. The overall atmosphere of Amelia Island was friendly and laidback.

Very nice. Code didn’t work for the door we had to call someone to bring a key. No large trash bag for kitchen can, but all and all it had great views and clean.

Not well maintained, only superficial cleaning. Not close to anything, need to drive everywhere. First appearance was clean until we dropped something on floor. Found weeks worth of dust/dirt under furniture. Sometimes no hot water, sometimes very hot water. Intermittent problems with electronic door

Fun stay, right on the beach.

My mom and I lived every minute that we were there. When you walk in the feel of the condo was warm and comfortable. The color of the paint was spot on. The way Shirley has it decorated was more then I could have asked for. She has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with the most unique things. The king size bed was what we needed. We used the second bedroom as a dressing room. The views are what sold me on this property. The corner unit towards the beach. The windows that face the beach are spectacular.

Great place on the ocean! Deck chairs are dated and rickety. Well equipped unit. Fantastic views! Location is fine. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in this property on our beach vacation and it was really great. Had everything we needed in a condo paired with an amazing view of the beach from the windows! There was a pool and the beach was a quick walk away. Would for sure stay here again! It was easy to check in and out and had zero issues!

This property was very nice. Beach access was a breeze.The pool was excellent. The Condo was well equipped and very homey! This corner unit had non stop views! We watched dolphins while having breakfast on the deck. Photographed a beautiful sunrise.frolickiadeck.

Overall, we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping only a short distance away. The views were amazing from within the condo, as well as the patio area. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
