Fernandina Beach Condo w/ Pool + Path to Beach!

The location is great, walking distance to the beach. But beware the condo itself is really dirty. All the vents had a thick layer of black dust or mold. My family, including two young children, were sneezing, coughing, had headaches and sore throats when we were in the condo. Surprisingly when we left the condo for the day we felt much better. The beach chairs, toys, and equipment are all rusty and broken. The rugs in the condo were filthy. You could tell just by walking on them they felt grimy. The place needs a good deep clean.

This was an awesome experience, the condo was in a perfect location for us. We so enjoyed the peaceful community and surroundings. All our needs were meet. Thank you for the experience.

We loved having space of our own so close to the beach AND the fabulous pool. We enjoyed mornings and evenings under the ceiling fans on the screened porch plus the blissfully chilly AC during the hottest parts of the day. We had great space to spread out and relax after busy fun days and plenty of floor space for the pre-walking little one to scoot about and play safely. (I promise we did our best to find every cracker or Goldfish she may have abandoned.) It was a wonderful and restful vacation, and we thank you!!

Very conveniently located and host was easy to get a hold of and answered all questions. We never found the hot tub amenity that was listed. Condon was slightly dated but had everything we needed, and was comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay close to the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay. Lori was very nice and communicated and responded to my concerns promptly. Everything We needed was supplied… It was a very positive experience. My only complaint would be. I feel that more attention needs to be given to the cleanliness mostly in the bedrooms. The floor and baseboards were pretty dirty with remnants of used Kleenex from the last guest’s stay….also sheets need to be changed before the next guest. I had to change the sheets. I felt that they were soiled and overlooked….also would be really nice if new pillows with Support would be available. Other than that, everything else was very nice and I would go back again.

The condo was clean, cozy, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. If you are looking for an affordable place to relax and enjoy a little downtime then this is the place. Lori was a pleasure to book with and check-in was a breeze.

This is our second time staying at Amelia Landings for the month of March. It is a safe, quiet community of villas nestled among live oaks and beautiful blooming azaleas at this time of year. This condo is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the month. It is centrally located on the island, a 7 minute walk to the beach, close to local golf courses, hiking and miles of beach walking. We definitely hope to return another year.

The place was nice. we had a couple of things that needed to be addressed with the owners. We had to kill at least two large palmetto bugs. the shelf above the master bath sink was loose. There was a lose piece of molding on a kitchen cabinet between the doors on the left side above the sink. We found working the TV remotes very difficult. Even with instructions that were left for us, we could not get channels changed. We enjoyed the area and the condo itself. The lanai was beautiful. It was too cold for the beach but I am sure it would have been great. We were there for the Dickens on Centre festival and truly enjoyed it.

The location was perfect.
