Fernandina Beach Condo w/ Pool & Beach Access!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved this place. The hostess was so welcoming, the place was adorable, the view incredible, the place spotless, and everyone encountered was so pleasant. It was a wonderful girls weekend and we will definitely stay here again?

Our experience here was wonderful! We had a hiccup with the air conditioning in the original unit we booked and Sarah and Shirley addressed it immediately and switched us to the unit next door. The views are amazing, the kitchen was well equipped, it was perfect for our 30th anniversary getaway.

Room could have been cleaner (dust on bedroom fan, mold on shower curtain and lint still in dryer). The view was excellent. The maintenance man was friendly. Overall a great time. Would come back

Overall we had a good stay here. You can’t beat the location - a short walk to the beautiful beaches, minutes from restaurants and a great pool area. We did feel like the property was barely cleaned before we arrived. Sand on the floors and all over the kitchen counters. Hair in the tubs. No bath mats in bathroom. Also we weren’t provided with soap/shampoo as the listing states. It also states they provide beach towels but they have a sign you can’t take any towels out of the unit. So bring your own beach towels.

Property wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30. Surprised to find no soap in the shower. Had to go buy some! When I stripped the sheets off the bed to depart I found sand on the mattress cover. Location was convenient. Being on the beach was great.

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed, was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, and clean.

Such an awesome place to stay and enjoy. Location was so great. Quick walk access to the beach as well as other activities along the island. Would definitely recommend to others! Perfect getaway for couples and families.

We had issues with the front door. We couldn't get it to open or lock using our code.Called Sarah and she said there hasn't been any issues. We tried multiple times, finally she gave us the code for the key lock box. The door lock beeped all the time, very annoying. The master bed had a very soft foam topper over the mattress which wasn't comfortable. The master tub drained very slowly - up to 20 minutes to drain. I plunged it, which helped. Tub could have been cleaned more thoroughly - large soap ring around bottom.Rooms were clean. Sufficient amount of dishes and silverware. We mopped floor several times during stay, but always felt sandy. Needed a bath mat in master bath and at front door.

We loved our stay at this little getaway! The condo was the perfect size and has a beautiful view off the balcony to the beach - great way to enjoy the sunrise or watch the day wind down. The beach is just a quick walk down the boardwalk. The property manager was very helpful during our stay! Would definitely revisit this if we are in the area!

Enjoyed the location

This was a short trip for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location could NOT be beat. Adorable decor and spotless upon arrival. Our only issue was with the keypad on the door , but that was fixed by the property manager allowing us to use the actual key. Any other questions we had were answered immediately by Sarah. She was great!

The condo was great although we didn't watch a lot of TV there was no local stations for weather. I could never get the door code to work, the manager gave us a key from the lock box which was very nice of her or i would not have been able to enter the condo.

Loved how easy it was to access the beach, and have the pool to dip in when the beach was too rough. Everyone we met on the property were very friendly and pleasant! Had a great stay. Room could have been cleaned better.

The location of Sand Dollar Villas is great and it is a short walk to the beach. The balcony is a bonus for watching the waves and sunrise. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The condo would be better with an updated sofa and chair. They were not very comfortable. The curtain panels are thin and make viewing the TV difficult during the daytime. The soap was watered down too much in the bathroom and there were limited towels/wash clothes. The condo was clean and with those few updates it would be perfect.

Condo is located in a very convenient area to see the sights of Fernandina Beach. Also a wonderful area of the beach & a great view of the beach. The condo has been kept up very nicely. Smaller than some condos we have rented in the past but still a very good size for 4 adults.

Nice place. Would recommend and would stay there again. Friendly service.

Loved the location, the beach access, and the unit itself was small but all we needed.
