Located in the desirable Station One complex in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, this complex offers a community pool, children's play, tennis court, and basketball court. With a superb location and loads of amenities Station One is the ideal location for your family's next getaway.

As you enter “6C by theSea” you are met with endless ocean views. Crisp clean tones give this beautifully updated condo a pristine and modern feel. The open floor plan maximizes the living space and helps keep the family together no matter the activity. The living room features a cozy sofa that can be converted to a king-sized bed in the evenings for groups that require an additional sleeping area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck and soak in the waves as they crash on the white sandy beach below. The well-stocked kitchen offers a generous amount of counter space for preparing meals. There are several local restaurants within walking distance or order in and enjoy the local flavors gathered around the dining table.

The primary suite that overlooks the ocean and provides a serene atmosphere. Waking up here will bring a sense of joy and calm into your life. With a plush king size bed, direct access to the deck, and a private bathroom you may wonder if you are dreaming after a few days in this private ocean front oasis. The hall bathroom is convenient for visitors and services the nearby guest room and a small washer and dryer set in the hall closet makes this condo a rare find. The second bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is furnished with a queen and twin bed. Perfect for youngsters or adults!

Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation!

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: 3 night minimum during the summer
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 King Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: Pet Free Property. No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis/Pickleball Court, Private Community Beach Access, High Speed Internet, Expanded Cable, Outdoor Shower, Covered Deck, Community Basketball Court, Private Washer and Dryer in Condo.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W258 – 6C by the Sea” as a vacation rental.

*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*

    Everything was clean and pleasant. And check/check-out was seamless. Only issue was the blinds apparently stopped working before our stay so that did impact wake-up time for the bedroom facing the east/ocean.

    Beautiful views. Clean, safe, easy to walk to and not too busy beach. Unit is a little worn out and sparse/uncomfortable living room furniture. Mgmt not familiar with amenities at this specific unit. There ARE beach chairs for 6C by the pool for usage. There are NO beach towels provided. Must purchase from mgmt.

    This was our first experience in Wilmington, NC. We wanted to stay on the beach, so we found Wrightsville beach. It was just absolutely beautiful. Our place was very nice and clean, easy check in, and had a safe secure process so others couldn’t get in. The beach was not crowded at all which was wonderful! Would absolutely go back again!
