Fantastic 2nd Row One Bedroom with Amazing Ocean Views!!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! My family and two other families stayed here for a long weekend recently and it was absolutely perfect. It is a new construction house, immaculately clean, and had plenty of space for three families. Bonus is that it’s a short walk to an uncrowded beach. There is an elevator, which was very convenient. Just be sure to follow the instructions posted for it. There’s an outdoor shower and hose to spray off all of the sand afterwards at the back of the house. They have a few beach chairs, beach towels, and a bunch of sand toys for the kids. Everything was thoughtfully provided and laid out. The bunk beds were so cute and our kids loved sleeping in them! They had shower gel, shampoo, paper supplies, laundry and dish detergent pods, and plenty of toilet paper. The appliances were top notch and very useful, especially the ones in the kitchen if you plan to cook there. One thing to note is that they have an induction stove, so only certain types of pots and pan could be used on it. For example, we brought an aluminum bottom griddle to cook pancakes for the kids and found out it was useless on that type of cooktop, but they had some small stainless steel pans we used instead. We were already talking about booking again for next year. I contacted Larry a couple of times before and during our trip with questions and he was quick to respond. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place for a large group!

The home is comfortable and cozy. Jeff's mom, Georgia was friendly and welcoming in all of our text exchanges. The location is wonderful, a stone's throw from the beach and pier, and a pleasant 40 min walk to the boardwalk area and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The two of us our pup had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Carolina Beach.

We loved everything about this stay! The residence was exactly as described and had perfect proximity to the beach and restaurants. The perfect stay for a quiet weekend away from home.

Excellent stay, super cute property. Easy to access, easy check in. Pool access was a good bonus as well when the grandkids got tired of the beach. There was a significant pot smell, I presume it was from one of the neighbors. It was not within the house though so that was good. Generally speaking it was pretty quiet stay. We thoroughly enjoyed and will rebook again

We normally stay ocean front but was booking too late to find anything. We also stay closer to the board walk than this. We loved the location and was very impressed with the apartment/condo. We absolutely will visit again.

The pictures of the property are out dated and in need of updating. The “apartment/condo” is tiny and in need of maintenance and repairs (the sliding glass door handles are being held on with electrical tape) as an example. A deep cleaning is needed especially around the HVAC vents. It is recommended the owner invest in new furniture as it is worn and needs attention. A large amount of money was paid, due to the holiday and when we arrived, things became apparent the two didn’t match. We did not get the value or comfort expected, as the price was high and probably could have stayed at a 4 star hotel for the same price. Plus they would have provided all the different amenities such as, sheets, towels and toiletries. The location, being very close to the beach ideal and being dog friendly was a huge plus. Parking was good as well. Given all of the issues/concerns listed above, in its current condition we will not be recommending this property to our friends or others.

Ocean view

Everything was so clean! We had such a great view and could even see a dolphin from the balcony this morning. The kitchen appliances are so nice and up to date. Our little family of 4 fit perfectly and we really enjoyed our week stay. Great area and so peaceful. I do recommend bringing beach chairs. There was only one fold up chair so we had to venture out for some but I asked before coming and knew i may need to have my own. ☺️
