Stayed Jan 26, 2024Huge space, clean, lots of storage (closets, dressers, cabinets), outdated furniture, very basic. Adequate utensils and dishware. If you stay almost a week, dont expect adequate dishwasher detergent, bath soaps, coffee, any tea or spices (beyond salt & pepper), plastic wrap, aluminum foil. If you need more of what basics run out, there are instructions for how to get charged for more.

Stayed Feb 15, 2023The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, had everything we needed and was on the ground level. It is close to Winter Park to drive or you can take the free shuttle right outside the door. We had a sick kid on our trip, weather coming in, and had to miss a day of skiing. We asked the host if we could extend our stay last minute and he made it happen. Ryan was easy to communicate with, will definitely try to stay in this place in the future.
