Stayed Mar 1, 2025The condo is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the community pools and worked out in the smaller pool. The unit is located between Marco Island and Naples, so we spent time in both places, renting a pontoon boat twice on Marco. Our host was quick to respond to the one short power loss in the complex which took out the internet. A new router was installed the next day and we were back up and running. A very nice place to spend a winter month.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Condo was roomy and well stocked with necessary items. The resort was beautiful, well landscaped, and maintained. The lazy river was a big plus, a very nice area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. All people we met were very friendly. You will have a great time at Falling Waters Beach Resort....we highly recommend it.

Stayed Jan 31, 2023The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. In addition to the pool the lazy river feature was a huge plus. We enjoyed ability be away from it all, but still have easy access to all Naples can offer. Our host was easy to work with and the unit was spacious. We loved sitting on the large lanai each morning.

Stayed Aug 24, 2021Arrived and the AC was not working, owner had the HVAC guy there in hours, all perfect. Best location, 15 min to Marco, 15 min to downtown Naples. Pools were beautiful and we are trying to buy a condo in the same complex. Could not have been a better two weeks in Florida.
