Stayed Feb 9, 2025Great unit and area and close to everything in Waikoloa. Kona Coast Vacations was great to deal with. Very clean grounds and pool area. Bbq on the deck was a nice to have. If I could I would rate a 4.5 I would but it’s not a 5 ( short sheets on the bed, dishwasher is old and doesn’t work as good as it could, mix mash of cutlery, glasses, 3 broken Tommy chairs in the garage etc, things just getting a bit dated )

Stayed Nov 9, 2023Walking distance to King/Queen shops which has lots to do. Like that there are 2 pools for the whole property. Very quiet and clean grounds.

Stayed Oct 22, 2023We love this area and have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. The home was beautiful and convenient for my family (2 adults, 1 three year old, and 2 seniors). Commmunication with property management was excellent. The temp at 72 degrees worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.
