Stayed Nov 5, 2025I am a real estate agent and was conducting an investment property search during my stay as well as search for property management agencies. While I received multiple communications by email and text, the communications were sometimes unclear and emphasis placed on consequences rather than proffesional use of the word please when providing check in instructions to adults. My code to enter the property was not sent in either the texts or emails prior to my 4pm check in time as stated and when I called and explained, the representative seemed relucant to provide the code before I got to the door and then provided the wrong code. When calling back she gave me the new code when I was at the key pad. It worked. I asked for her to send it by text. I never received it, nor an apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is no longer at the top of my list for property management agencies. The unit, also for sale, however was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025Check in process was emailed to me wrong. So I was stressed to say the least trying to get in. Several things in the property needs replaced. Pretty much needs an update. One of the Elevators was not working so made it difficult to get to your floor. Cookware needs replaced also. Not a place I will rebook.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The unit was exactly as described and pictured, as well as spotless! The resort area was safe and well kept, pools were nice, beach was steps away. We tried out the on-site restaurant, Sassy Bass, and the food was great! A nice surprise was a coffee shop (Selha) just across the parking lot. It was nice to stay in a quieter area than the main strip of Gulf Shores and the short drive to attractions and restaurants didn't bother us at all! We will definitely be back again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2024The property management Beachball Properties do not provide a parking pass. You are given a link and then have to pay the properties HOA for the parking pass. So an additional charge after the fact. Will not use this company again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The overall area was awesome. The condo was not clean at all. We had to call to get the bed linens put on the beds. They were pilled up assuming dirty. The dishes were not clean also. Food residue still on what was in the cabinets. I emailed the bed linen pictures to someone. They did come get that taken care of. I told them we would do the rest. We were tired and ready to relax. ClovisJ

Stayed Apr 1, 2024I didn't like the check in time, I wish it was earlier than 4pm an no fees applied if you get in sooner. Also, my front door to my room didn't seem to lock properly at times. Besides that everything else was great.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024Check-in and out were very easy. The condo was nice and the bed in the master was very soft and comfortable. There were a few things not working in the condo and after I brought this to the attention of the rental company, they sent someone out the next day to reclean and a maintenance man the following day. I would highly recommend this rental company and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Enjoyed our stay at Plantation 5211. Rooms were clean and ready for our arrival. Communication from Beach Ball Props was good. Only complaint, we did put in a work order for missing Roku remote and they never came. Did call but never got around to sending the remote. We did eventually find it in the second bedroom under the bed. No idea how it ended up there. Would have liked a Kurieg coffee maker, but we made due. One of the stove burners did not work, aside from that everything else was good. I would probably stay here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The location was great, the condo was clean, but the bed in the main room needs an update you could it sit on the bed without it wobbling and making squeaky sounds, the night stand next to it was also falling apart. In my opinion the condo needs a little TLC

Stayed Jun 23, 2023There was few things could be better!! The master bedroom mattress, need a new one It was to soft and we didn't sleep good at all!! The stove could be updated for sure. While we was there, my husband had to fix it because it wasn't working! And put more comfy chairs on balcony and remove the big cart out of the way. We had no Room at all!!
