the condo was comfortable and nice. The view from the balcony was perfect right above the pool and direct line with the beach. The parking area is large and easy to get in and out of. The location is perfect for going to local restaurants and shopping. It is just right.

The condo itself was great. Ideal location right on the beach. Felt very much like home as far as the atmosphere and decorations all around the condo. Check in was easy. My only complaint would be as that none of the power outlets in the master bedroom were working. The master tv also didn’t work ( presumably due to the lower outlet it was plugged into ). Although inconvenient, we didn’t complain, we have laptops and iPads so the tv thing wasn’t that big of a deal. It kind of sucked not being able to charge my phone next to the bed. But, nothing to get too down about. On our last day there ( we stayed 5 nights) we went down to the beach and out for lunch. Upon arriving back to the condo, an electrician had let himself in and had the furniture all moved around. Tools everywhere. The power was turned off, outlets were all taken apart with wiring exposed. There was no prior communication about this happening or we may have planned our last day differently. We came back expecting to take showers and relax and watch tv after a morning at the beach. Instead, we had a guy in our place for about 3 hours working on the electrical. Couldn’t shower, watch tv, take a nap, none of that. I wouldn’t say this ruined our time, but certainly could have been handled better by the management company for the property.

We enjoyed this condo so much! The location and view was perfect. Parking was good. We felt so at home in this comfy condo!

It was our first time to Amelia Island and it did not disappoint. This condo is spacious and located right on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the beach from the balcony as well. This is a great location to enjoy all the island has to offer. It is close to some of the nature preserves for kayaking and paddled boarding and close to shopping and restaurants as well. The island has a lot of charm and history to offer. We would love to come back and stay again.

Relaxing and pleasant visit. Condo was very nice and adequate for travelers. Really need a through deep cleaning. Tubs very slick needs safety strips. Overall would stay again. Thanks to owners for sharing.
