Welcome to Beach Palms 201

This cozy gulf front condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a King bed and a full ensuite bathroom with your own private entrance to the gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is next to a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower.

The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meal and overlooks the dining area and living area. You will enjoyrelaxing on the gulf front balcony that is located right off the living area or hanging out inside for a family movie night. There is also a queen pull out located in the living area. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Beach Palms has a beautiful gulf front heated pool and 2 community gas grills to enjoy.

. The condo is located in the heart of Indian Shores and has lots of great restaurants to choose from or drive about 10 minutes to the South to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk or 10 minutes to the North to famous Clearwater Beach.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    We are very happy with our stay. Condo had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient for access to pool and beach. One negative is people were parking in parking lot with no passes. So my extra guest pass could not be used. When contacted the property management and rental community, no one was of assistance.

    Only one elevator working- but no big deal! The pool that is pictured is actually the condo next door- the pool area for us was very nice as well.

    The size and location of this condo is perfect. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is nice for a family of four with teens. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you would need to make your week easy. The view was great it was a bit odd as it overlooked another condos pool but either way you could still see the ocean and it was quite at night. The downfalls were, there were only two bath towels, for a family of four this wasn't enough, and we had to purchase additional towels to make it through the week. The other issue was the master bed, it was awful, very sunk in and soft. However, with the two downfalls I'd still stay again as they were minor at that. Check in and communication with the property manager was easy just note that check it is not at the condo it's down the road about 1 1/2 miles. Not a big deal but still something to consider if you aren't driving.

    Unit 201 was dirty upon our arrival. The carpet and tile floor were dirty, some of the outlets didn’t work, the latch on the dishwasher detergent door was broken, the love seat was broken, the master mattress sinks to the middle, the master bathroom vent made a noise which made it difficult to sleep. The tv didn’t work and we had to call to have it fixed. Also the table on the patio and the floor were full of sand, the faucets in the bathroom showers are moldy behind the handles, we had to change several burned out lightbulbs, and their ironing board was broken and wobbly when in use. Strongly recommend not renting this unit unless it is renovated.

    Nice place but could use some upgrades. Carpet was not clean and floors were just okay. Fold out couch was HORRIBLE and we do not recommend it, my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch not on the fold out couch.

    My parents and I stayed at Sun Vista for 3 weeks and it was everything we could have asked for in a rental. The property was perfect. I would totally rent there again.
