What's nearby:
This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

    The property is beautiful. However, we had a huge ant problem on the 2nd floor which prevented my daughters (birthday) for them to sleep on the couch. Someone eventually brought over ant traps and said “good luck”. Baseboards look like they have not been cleaned for awhile. We found white pounder and a porn sheet of paper under the coffee table in the family room. I don’t blame the owners but the housekeeping/cleaning service was well below par.

    Gorgeous home with four large bedrooms which was perfect for our family of five. Loved having a soaking tub! Very clean, easy access to town with garage parking! Very quiet area and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub after long days of adventure.

    The 3 couples stayed two night in this VRBO. It was easy to access downtown and Capital Reef and Arches. We had plenty of room and the condo was exactly as described. I would highly recommend for couples or for a large family or 2 families. Directions for access were easy!

    We were headed to Arches and Canyonland for vacation and this location was the perfect spot. We were able to easily get to the parks and found the bonus of petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks. The Moab community was great and we enjoyed the condo, pool, and ease of working with the host. I would recommend this for anyone headed to the Moab area.

    We used this space to gather with college roommate families and catch up. This location had easy access to all things Moab, close to main street and outdoor acitivities. My kids have decided this is the only viable place to stay in Moab, it was comfortable and provided plenty of space.

    We stayed in Moab to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The house was very clean and convenient to both parks. As Moab goes, this seemed to be one of the nicer places to stay. We enjoyed the town, outdoor activities, and the house was roomy, clean, and convenient. Would highly recommend.

    Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It would be helpful if there was a remote garage door opener or if the management company provided the code for the garage door keypad. The provided code for the pool was incorrect, but the neighborhood kids told us that.
