Family Beachfront Retreat: Walk to Coligny Plaza with Side Ocean Views

The property had easy access to the beach and was walking distance to everything. This building is old so the rooms, fans, and appliance's are quite loud!

Room was great for 2 adults and a toddler with a perfect location. A one minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to coligny plaza. Would book again!

Perfect location, check in was very easy. The condo was clean and everything exactly as it was described. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was as described, but definitely more cramped than expected. Stayed here as a family of four with a 8/10 year old. It felt tight. It’s worth noting that if you come in the spring the pool is not heated like most other places we’ve stayed in on HHI. Other than that the place was clean and was a roof to sleep under.

It is as advertised. Couple issues. One gotten taken care of one ignored. We would stay here again just would plan differently. Close to everything. Walking distance to shops and food.

The property was cute, clean, and in a great location, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the property manager. He barged in on us while my three teenage daughters and I were getting dressed while getting ready to check out. The bunk neds are right by the front door, so he could have seen my daughter's naked, had I not been standing right there. He was yelling at us for not having checked out yet, even though it was 10:30am and checkout said 11am on the website. He said he changed it to 10am, which seemed like something he made up to make his job easier for turnovers, because a 10am checkout is ridiculous. The place is cute, but way too small for a whole family for more than a night or two.

Kind of cramped space and I stayed alone. Not a comfortable bed with that headboard layout. Fine for what I needed but would not want to stay with more than me.

Nice place. The Master bedroom was a bit too small.

It was extra clean! Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Area, etc, The only issue was the email I received from the host did not have the code to the gate to enter. However, when I called him, he did return my call immediately.

Perfect small space for 2. Everything we needed was provided. When we needed information the property manager was quick to respond.

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the host was personable and very responsive to our questions. We really liked that the bedroom was in a closed off space from the door. All of the villas we stayed in previously, the bed was right by the door. We love staying in Seaside Villas and this condo did not disappoint!

Bathroom had mold on ceiling and mold on air conditioner vents. The patio door did not lock. Location was great. The unit space was small but described accurately. Texted owner did not receive a response.

The room was clean & perfect for our few day stay. Conveniently located. I did have just a little question prior to check in (nothing major) but it was disappointing that my message never got a response because I have never had a host not reply to me. Only complaint we could not figure out what was causing so much water in the floor beside the bath tub. Not sure if something was leaking or that the shower curtains weren’t actually water proof. We had to put a new towel down everyday and when you have 5 people with only 6 towels in the room that wasn’t ideal.

The condo was perfect for just my fiance and me! Clean and great location. It is small but that was expected and very clear in the listing. It was very easy to find and great communication from the host. I would stay again.

We had such a great time at Hilton Head. The apartment is small but very clean and there is everything what you need. The beach is so close! And you can see ocean from the balcony.

I loved this place because of its location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Only reason for 4 stars is the sliding door needs to be replaced. Lock was broke and screen door non functional. Shower hot water was not right. But the extras left such as dish soap, extra towels, kitchen supplies was well equipped.

Clean condo, great beach access, check in was super easy, simple guidelines for checkout too. Enough towels for all of us, if I had to be picky I’d say maybe one or two extra rolls of toilet paper otherwise it was a great fit for our group and an enjoyable, relaxed stay. Heard back from the manager when I needed too and it was Easter. I think they have a great thing going in an amazing spot!

Although somewhat small, the apartment was perfect for needs of wife and me. Best features - location and proximity to the beach.

The walk to the beach was perfect! Great spot for adults and potentially a small kid or two. The hallway was a little smelly but walking in the room was a major relief because it was totally clean and maintained well

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Love the beachfront and short walk to Coligny!

Condo was very clean, loved our view from the balcony, would come back and stay again.

The condo was exactly the same in photos. Location to beach was excellent and within walking distance to Coligny park and plenty of things to see, shop, eat and do outside. The twin beds were surprisingly comfortable as well as queen bed. Only complaint was the bed was skimpy on blankets, host had two delivered next day and we slept better.

The stay was amazing. The place looked just like the picture. The host had great communication and provided everything we needed. The location is beautiful and so close to the beach. You can see the ocean from the window which made a great view. We will definitely come again.

Clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I was traveling alone this time and felt safe and secure. I loved the easy access to beach!

Both my wife/I had a great stay & the location was wonderful, beachfront. Small facility but great for two people. The only issue we had was figuring out 'how' to use the cable TV, however, we finally figured it out. W will consider using it again.Chris G. Laughter

Great for short stay. Unit was as advertised. Would be great for couples or small families. Beach is very close and very conveinent to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
