Fairway Villas is a luxurious Big Island of Hawaii escape. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.



The Space:

This gated Waikoloa Beach Resort home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft for accommodating up to 6 guests. Guests will love this golfing and shopping paradise. Enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, watching turtles, sunbathing, shopping, golfing, or just relaxing by the pool.



The Villa is a 2-story island themed home. Downstairs opens into a bright living room and dining room. The living room has a large sectional couch situated in front of a flat screen TV. Pop a movie into the DVD player and unwind by watching a movie at the end of the night. Air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer (handy for swimsuits) are provided for your convenience. An open floor plan connects to the formal dining area. A table is set for six guests or open the sliding doors to a lanai with patio seating to dine alfresco.



The kitchen is equipped with a generous amount of granite counter space and upgraded appliances. Cook up mouthwatering meals while guests keep them company at the built-in breakfast bar for 3.



The first bedroom is downstairs. This guest bedroom holds a Queen-sized bed and TV. There is a full guest bathroom for everyone to access. Upstairs is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and has an attached bathroom. The master bathroom makes getting ready easy with spacious vanity, a spa tub, and a standalone shower. A second guest bedroom is also upstairs. This bedroom has two Twin-sized beds and a full bathroom.



You will love spending their afternoons at the back lanai. Bring a good book or a fruity drink out here while you indulge in gorgeous sunsets over the garden and lake view.



We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.



You will not have to go far to have a good time. The Waikoloa Village Resort has a swimming pool and hot tub area. There are shared BBQ stations. 1 parking space is available for the unit (Space #174).



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Equal Housing Opportunity

    It was such a wonderful stay! Everything was nicer than expected within the home. We loved our visit! Thank you! One tiny feedback is that I wish there were more trash bags provided for a longer stay just to make it easier to take trash out daily. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful, the communication was great. How can anyone not enjoy paradise?

    The condo was just what we needed for our tournament. Close to the pool and well supplied. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the location very much. Would stay here again next time we are in Kona.

    Unit was infested with roaches and bugs. Bringing more bug spray and bug traps was not the solution to the infestation. Offering to fumigate the unit while we were staying there was unacceptable. Took a shower with roaches, washed dishes with bugs and roaches in the sink. Unit description said tv in 1st floor bedroom, there was none. Just plain out terrible. All I got was apologies. Definitely cannot recommend to anyone.

    Spent 9 days here, great area close to local shops, golf, restaurants, and Abay. Nice pool that we all enjoyed, especially the kids.The only issue was there was a little bit of a roach problem, I understand it is the tropics and the property manager sent someone over with traps. I would stay here again. topicshowever the property manager

    We loved our stay! Our family ranged in age from 8-75. It was very comfortable for our group of 7 with the pull out couch in the loft. Beds were very comfortable. There was a bath and beach towel for each person. Washer and dryer was definitely needed. We loved being able to walk to the King and Queens shops and A-bay. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella were also available. The pool was beautiful and a great place to hang after long days hiking, excursions, or at the beach. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

    We had a fabulous time at this property! Place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location walking distance to the Bay and shops. Highly recommend staying here for any family that wants an enjoyable experience in Kona!

    The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We had our adult children with us (7 adults in our group). With 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for us to sleep and quickly get ready for the day. One son slept on floor mattresses in the 'loft' area and was comfortable. The kitchen had the equipment and utensils we needed to cook our meals. The parking space was just outside the front door, very convenient. We had a second car and the host responded quickly with clear directions on where to park in the complex. The view from the back onto the golf course was great, no backyard neighbors. Grocery shopping to the north at Foodland was convenient. Costco in Kona was a further. Nice places to eat just outside the complex at Kings and Queens. We loved it here and would stay again and recommend it.

    This is a very thorough review… Negatives: The property management company is extremely poor and does not sufficiently meet the needs of this rental. Prior to booking, they were responsive to my questions within a timely manner. As my reservation date approached, there were multiple messages sent with no reply (3+ with no response within a few weeks). We ended up needing to call the phone number directly to get any response. There was a conflict of information on the property details vs what past guests were commenting and the management company never answered our requests prior to arrival. The property does have a good supply of chairs, umbrellas and toys which was our initial inquiry that was NOT answered; thus, we packed and shipped our own chairs and beach toys. This was a very poor communication on the part of the property management. Upon checking into the property, the futon was broken. The property advertised sleeping for 7, without the futon working, the sleeping only allows 6. We had to call and wait and also prove to them through pictures that the futon was broken. They only referred us to a cushion that was in a closet as a substitute for this bed. We also took pictures upon arrival to document damages prior to arrival: markings on walls, pulled carpet, and broken futon- these pictures were texted to the number requesting “feel free to reply or give us a call or text if you need anything during your stay.” Very basic supplies provided within the location- one mi
