Stayed Jul 6, 2025Great location, walking distance to anything you need. I would call the middle room without balcony access the master. If kids stay in the 2 guests rooms they access the balcony/exit, not a closed in balcony. It worked for us but I’m sure some would prefer a different setup.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The condo was incredibly clean, especially considering the location near the beach. Had everything we needed and wanted for a relaxing, enjoyable trip. The elevator was a little tricky, although nice to have for the less mobile of our group and for getting luggage and groceries in / out.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023My favorite place at Carolina Beach! This location is great, close to the beach and boardwalk etc. There are beach towels, chairs and umbrellas etc. Christine was great and helped us with any questions we had. We will be back!

Stayed Jun 3, 2023This is the best location. A block from the beach, view of the fishing pier and walking distance to Boardwalk and several wonderful restaurants. This was our 5th stay at the Penthouse and will definitely book again.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022I was in Wilmington for Ironman race with family and friends. Condo was wonderful. Well stocked with supplies. Spectacular views. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Will stay there again.
