This is a fabulous three bedroom condominium in the Sailmaker community. The unit is an upper floor unit in building 7 which has perfect views over the dunes to the ocean. Stayed Apr 6, 2026Best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed! No issues with rooms, amenities, etc. patio better than picture shows. Laundry facilities good, dw a bit loud and ticky but worked fine. Nice, quite complex. Pool access card did not work but other guests let us in. Pool was dirty but the one day of sun we did have they came and cleaned it. Overall great stay but crappy weather! We will not be back to Amelia before May ever again. Thank you for sharing your home w us!

Stayed Mar 30, 2026This was the perfect location for our group of 5 on our first visit to Amelia Island. The photos are accurate but the beach is so much more amazing and beautiful in person. We appreciated the fully stocked home, including the beach towels and chairs, games, enough space for everyone. Nick was very responsive with our booking and the one question we had after arrival. Choose this property for your stay--you won't be disappointed!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025This property is spacious with nice ocean views. It’s set back from the road which makes it feel less busy than other parts of the island. It’s well stocked and also has beach supplies like chairs and towels. Nick was a great host. We would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025We had a great stay in this condo! Three girls and moms on their senior spring break. Perfect for walking to the beach. Enjoyed breakfast and sunsets on the balcony. Enjoyed watching some wildlife from the balcony, turtles and rabbits. Beds were super comfortable, enough space for all of us to enjoy games at the kitchen table and movies in the living room. First time to Amelia Island. Drove to the downtown several times for shopping and dinners out easy drive.Would definitely recommend staying here

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The place was really nice. The location was absolutely perfect. Check-in was very easy.The only ding was the pool pass. When we tried to use it, the staff at the pool staff said it was a very old pass and it could not work. fortunately, we didn’t really want to use the pool because it’s December but that pass should be updated..We would definitely stay here again as it was a great vacation.
