Stayed May 30, 2025When you book a vacation, you do not imagine it being infested with roaches. Unfortunately, that was our experience on this trip. We have stayed at Destin on the Gulf in different condos more than 5 times. This is the only condo unit where we have experienced this disgusting problem. We killed more than 12 roaches, most of them babies, throughout the week. Even after we were told they had come to spray 2 times, we were still killing roaches that were alive and well. I had nightmares about roaches and have been stressed all week about the possibility of them somehow getting into our belongings and infesting our home. One was crawling on the covers near my son’s face one morning. I was told to take pictures when the problem persisted, but I am not trying to have a photo op. I’m trying to kill them before they get away. We also purchased a Swiffer mop and solution because the floors were so filthy. It’s crazy because the condo smelled so fresh and clean when we entered that I thought it had been cleaned well, but I was very wrong. It seems they were aware of the roach problem because my dad found bait stations under the kitchen sink. I wish we would have been given an alternate property without this issue, but we were not informed of the problem prior to our arrival.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024Great location , 2 minutes walking to the beach . We also like the easy check- in process . A little improvement, I would say the bed is not as comfortable as I thought it would be . Over all I would give it great!

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This is a very nice condo in a great location. Close to great restaurants and the harbor boardwalk. Very short 100 yard walk to the beach. Clean pool and plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo.
