Beautiful view of the ocean.

There was construction on both sides of the condo all day long. Very loud. My husband couldn’t rest after his radiation treatments. Please advise renters of any construction thank you.

Condo is exquisite and exactly as described! Very nice that the owner had beach chairs , cooler and towels for us to use since we flew in from out of state. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! The condo was spotless! The host answered my call on the first ring when I called due to being lost! Lol

The condo was beautiful, exactly as described, and in a great location. Overall cleanliness was good, and the host was very responsive when we noted a few small items. Guests should be aware there appear to be short-term rentals directly above and next to this unit, which can sometimes make it noisy depending on the weekend and neighbors. While this is out of the host’s control, it is something to keep in mind if this is important to you .

Great place right on the beach

This was our 4th year staying and it has always been remarkable. It’s been hard to find a place that tops this and doesnt break the bank. I’m a very picky person when it comes to staying places and this checks all the boxes. Very clean, well maintained and decorated. Easy access to beach and pool. All the stores and dining are close by.

Absolutely an amazing location, beautiful spacious well designed and decorated 2 bedroom condo, well stacked clean with a great view of the ocean, close to amenities, restaurants grocery stores .Highly recommend it , Lori was a great host. We will definitely go back in the near future

This was our first time in Jax Beach and we had the best time! This place was even better than the photos and we were so impressed with how well stocked, decorated, and just how beautiful it was! The location was fantastic- everything was super close and easy access! We loved this trip so much and we are already planning when we can return here next summer! 10/10 recommend!!

This is definitely one of the most well-equipped rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Very generous with extras (coffee pods, laundry soap, etc). Fabulous views and great location! Would love to rent again!

The property was perfect for our family of four. Great location, beautiful view of the beach and the fireworks on July 4th, and the condo had everything we needed. It was a very fun and relaxing time and we got some great quality time with our adult children!

We have stayed here three years in a row and have enjoyed every year. Hard to beat how close to the beach it is, how clean it is and the view.

Y’all don’t want to pass up this absolutely gorgeous condo! First, the pictures and size of the space is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures! It is beautifully decorated, has all of the amenities within the condo-including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach toys, wall to wall windows that include access to the balcony and the cherry on top is the beautiful view of the ocean no matter where you are in the condo! The beach is extremely easy to access and has a great pool. You can tell this place is a personal vacation home due to the upkeep! This condo will definitely be rebooked by us in upcoming stays!

Well decorated condo. Nice to watch sunrises over ocean every day. Telescope very nice touch. Used it often. Plenty of room for daughter and her 2 girls to stay over night.

We loved our time here! The condo was beautiful, in a great location and just perfect for our small group. If we ever find ourselves in Jacksonville Beach again, we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful property. Everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach - it’s all here . Gorgeous view . Ease to access the pool and beach . Could walk to bars / restaurants. 2 parking spaces . Sadly our best offered accessory was the umbrellas . Our time was spent during tropical storm Debby ! Hope to stay again in better circumstances

The condo and beach are beautiful. Everything was as advertised.

We needed a place to stay while visiting the Mayo clinic with my son. Picked this condo because it was on the beach. We tried to mix doctor appointments with a family vacation. It ws nice.

Perfect location, easy access to the beach. The owners supply everything you need right down to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Very convenient to great restaurants as well.
