This was a really great stay. Very clean, very quiet, and everything you need to relax at the end of a long day. The instructions were detailed and very well written, leaving us without any problems or questions at all. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great property which has everything you need to stay in the Prescott area. We enjoyed being outside of the downtown area but still close enough to see all the local sites and beautiful nature activities. The condo was well maintained and easy to use, the beds very comfortable and the owner's have thought of all the little things to ensure a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this property and will use again in the future....thanks, Nanette for being such great hosts!

This condo was very well decorated, with comfy furniture and beds. The condo has nice southwestern decor. The kitchen is compact but has all the equipment needed to cook meals. I made Easter dinner for 9 people while we were there. The refer, stove, and microwave were really nice. There is a beautiful cooper sink in the kitchen. There are wood floors throughout the condo. The bathrooms have granite showers and countertops which continue the southwestern theme. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was awesome. I didn't have to take home any dirty clothes. BONUS!!! Nanette, the owner, was wonderful and so easy to work with. She responded to my emails quickly. The condo is super close to Emby Riddle; we even walked to campus to visit our son. The condo is also conveniently located on 89 so it was a quick drive up to Chino Valley or Prescott Valley. We went to the Grand Canyon while we were there and it was only 2 hours. You will be NOT be disappointed by staying here.

Very well appointed 2 bedroom condo, lots of light, well maintained grounds. It was a first floor unit, but we never heard the people upstairs - we saw them, so I know they were there. We plan to stay there again.

I stayed here for 3 weeks to get my daughter settled back into college in Prescott. Nan was very pleasant and professional to work with and the instructions for arriving were clear and check out procedures are very reasonable. The condo is just beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen has tons of cooking supplies and I made many very nice meals during my stay. Everything is fairly new and in great condition. The property includes a garage for your car so it is protected from the elements -- it actually hailed the first weekend I was there! If you golf or hike, there are places to go that are quite close to the property. Willow lake and Watson lake are nearby for kayaking, nature watching, and hiking. I loved that there were many supplies already in the condo (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper) and that Nan left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Prescott.

At the last minute a house we had rented fell through and we needed a place for our family of 5 to stay while in Prescott. This condo was the only place available for our stay and we had to rent it that day. Nan was terrific to work with at such short notice - returning my phone calls immediately, emailing and texting fees and rental agreements, etc. and we got everything set up in a matter of hours. I didn't know what to expect of the condo (although was put at ease a bit by the other fantastic reviews) as I was just happy we had a place to stay. I was delighted when we arrived and very happy that things worked out as they had. This is what we loved about the condo - very, very clean (I am particular); nice decor - it looked like a home and not a rental; well stocked kitchen (we cooked a few meals and had everything we needed); beautiful bathrooms; close to downtown Prescott (about a 15 min drive); the condo was warmed up with a bottle of wine upon arrival; and everything we could need for a week's stay. I would highly recommend renting this condo for your stay in the Prescott area.

This condo was way above my expectations. When we first showed up late at night, the condo was ready for our stay. We had a pre warmed & lights on condo, very clean and well stocked condo. Every single direction given to get us up and running was perfect. My favorite was the showers and the comfortable beds and really nice bedding in both rooms. This condo was beyond immaculate, I’m very picky. I felt this condo screamed pride of ownership, they had the place stocked well. The kitchen has everything needed and its brand new, matter of fact everything in this condo was brand new….even the washer and dryer. Our stay was so fun, hiking, feed ducks & geese at Watson lake, willow lake(has a zoo)& Lynx lake. We also had 2 nice little drives to the grand canyon railway in Williams. One was for the grand canyon train ride straight to the grand canyon the other was for Polar express. This place is very close to downtown Prescott where I will recommend eating at the St.Michaels bistro, Hassayampa Inn restaurant, firehouse kitchen/restaurant & another must… The bird cage. There is plenty to do in this area our family favorite was hiking with our little kids (we left brochures along with many others) If you like something more intense they have great hiking trails all over Prescott the scenery is AMAZING!!! When It was time to leave I knew immediately….. I would miss being in Prescott, but mostly this beautiful colorful Condo and the comfy bed with amazing kitchen. I can't wait to come again and will be back to this condo again….SOON. I already miss the comfy beds and my kids keep reminding me how they miss the condo too. This place is a favorite…you will love it too.

Our family stayed in this condo for a three-day hiking weekend. The location is great since it's so close to Watson Lake, Willow Lake and the new Constellation hiking trails. We even had time for a short trip to Jerome for dinner one evening. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend the condo to other hiking families.

We were very impressed with this wonderful condo. First, the décor is beautiful and the place was immaculate! The living area and dining room are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped and everything looks and feels like new. My husband and I and our teenage daughter stayed 6 days. The bedrooms were very comfortable and all appliances were in full working order. It was a great place to come back to each day. The location is great, it’s both very convenient to downtown Prescott or to easily get straight on the highway to go to Sedona, Flagstaff or the GC. The owner provided easy instructions for everything and was very helpful on all details. We would strongly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on a future trip to Prescott.

Whenever I come to Prescott this is the only place I stay. It is absolutely adorable and upgraded to the tens. The owner keeps it spotless and provides everything you need to make this your luxury home away from home. The beds are so comfy and the place really feels and looks like a model home. So much better than any of the other places I've tried. I always return to find everything in tip top shape. The location is central to all Prescott has to offer. I love strolling around town and taking long drives to neighboring communities. In town you will find neighborhood coffee houses, wine bars, a favorite local brewery, and family-friendly restaurants. My favorite rstaurants are The Rose,The Palace and The Raven Cafe with it's rooftop patio and views of Prescott. I highly recommend this gem of a condo for all you picky travelers as I promise you will be not be dissapointed!
