Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Barbara just two blocks from the beach, the harbor, and the Santa Barbara Pier. Walking distance to all the restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone - no need to worry about finding parking, just walk and relax. The property was lovely, with a private garage on the bottom floor, bedrooms and full baths on the second floor, spacious kitchen and living room on the third floor, and a rooftop patio on the top floor. A super comfortable place to stay in the heart of Santa Barbara - highly recommended! The property is pet-friendly, so it was extra special that we were able to bring our two small dogs Pip and Luna along for the vacation.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend. Location is excellent and rooftop perfect for happy hour.

This home is amazing! Highly recommend. We did have to ask for dishwasher soap, bath soap, and a lighter for the outdoor fireplace but the response was very fast. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location just a couple blocks to beach and restaurants. This was a girls trip for 6 and we were very comfortable. The unit was clean and well equipped, with the exception of bath soap. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This proved the old adage that you get what you pay for. This was a wonderful home that had everything anyone might need in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped, which we used to create a Thanksgiving feast. We hope to return.

The property is beautiful- the layout is very interesting and the view from the roof is nice. I think the number of steps were missed - didn’t realize it and the number of exits was also a challenge when our 4 year old visited.

The house was beautiful we had everything we needed, plenty of outdoor space for our family with young kids. Perfect location for the week for a family wedding! Management was quick to respond and very helpful with a few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, very clean, and well organized condo with beautiful mountain views from the living room and the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for our family of five—plenty of room and privacy for everyone.The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved making breakfast each morning and enjoying it on the upper terrace—definitely our favorite part of the home! Being here in April, the temperature was just right.The location was ideal. We kept our car in the garage and easily walked to nearby restaurants, the beach, and the Marina for boat tours - all very close to the house, and biked to downtown and Montecito.We were very happy with our stay in this upscale condo. The only suggestion we have for the owners is to consider upgrading the primary suite bed from a queen to a king—it would make a great stay even better.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved the roof deck for late afternoon cocktails and morning recon after early walk. The lr and dining room were gorgeous, but we never had time to use them! Highly recommend. We had a memorable 4 day break.

We could walk everywhere - the beach, the pier, State Street and more. With a family of 7, we chose to eat our dinner meals at home - and everything was available in the kitchen. It was so relaxing and enjoyable to share time with our family who lives in Australia and California. Thank you!

Our family of four stayed for 5 nights in December for an early Christmas gathering with lots of cousins staying nearby. We love the location near beaches, the harbour and Sterns Wharf.This is a very comfortable home with several gathering spaces. We especially enjoyed the roof-top terrace with large outdoor dining table, comfy outdoor sofa and fireplace. Also offers a well-appointed kitchen and spacious living room with lots of seating and fireplace.We appreciated the quality bedding and so many terraces for wonderful cross-breezes during the day.Thank you for your hospitality, Tatiana.It was a five star stay for us.We hope to return.

A very thoughtfully stocked place ideally located between the beach and downtown Santa Barbara.

We were in Santa Barbara for a family wedding and had to rent several properties to accommodate our blended family. The arrangement of bedrooms/beds and baths was perfect for what we needed. The home was beautiful and the rooftop space was just the icing on the cake. The rest of the family was very impressed and we were all very comfortable with the space. There were a couple markets right around the corner which was convenient, but that was about as much exploring of the neighborhood we had time to do. Overall, the home made our trip a real winner!

Tatiana's property is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked & appointed. It was the perfect place for our family to stay for the week of my daughter's wedding. Everyone had plenty of space, the kitchen was well appointed, and the roof deck was a lovely place to hang out in the evenings. We were within walking distance to the harbor, the pier, the Funk Zone, and several great restaurants and shops. The parking space in the common garage actually has its own door, which made it a great space for storing some of the wedding gear leading up to the event, and the dumb waiter made it easy to get groceries up to the kitchen level. We absolutely loved the space and would definitely stay there again!

Overall, property was great! We happened to go on an unusually hot weekend in September so not having AC was a bit difficult at night for us. But the listing specifically stated no AC so we were aware when booking. Not the house’s fault for the weather. They did have fans in all of the rooms which was a must. The host was very quick in answering questions before our arrival, which was really nice! It was in a great location next to so many places to eat and shop. The rooftop area did have a lot of spiders around the couch area which made us not want to enjoy that space as much, but I guess when outside expect nature. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We booked this space for a group of friends and it was perfect. We could walk to the beach and restaurants for dinner easily and the rooftop made for a perfect hangout spot. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely book again.

This property is as advertised! The place was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, luxurious towels in the bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. It was also very walkable, with State Street just a few block away. We walked to dinner every evening! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful property.

We had a great time. The place was as-advertised. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door. The three bedrooms are on the bottom floor. There is a flight of stairs up to the top floor, where kitchen and dining room / living room are. We got good exercise going up and down those stairs multiple times a day!
